There answer use the web sign in to run the cards. Really how much more does that cost ummmm weeks go by and still no fix I might start looking for another provider soon. And getting pci compliant and sending in certificate they still charging 19.95 month fee. Unbelievable and now fees are racing upward to 3-6% unreal. ### 5/5 — Expectations met *2015-08-11, version 1.18* I’ve used many merchant companies in the past. After our old machine died, I looked around at different options to fit my needs and decided to call Paynet Systems. I’m so glad I did; I’m very happy with the service I got! As an equine transporter, I’m always on the road and my time is spent taking care of my clients and their horses. I don’t have the time to worry about keeping track of paperwork, mailing invoices, and figuring up quotes. Credit Card Machine helps me accomplish all of my daily needs. The service is incredibly easy to use and my customers enjoy getting immediate receipts. I’m particularly fond of the invoices, but more so the helpful folks at Paynet Systems who are always there to give help when I need it. It's misleading that there are only transaction fees per sales. No where did I see a monthly min requirement till I wasted all that effort. ### 1/5 — Works on their terms *2015-08-07, version 1.18* So you have to pay $10 shipping for your 'free' card reader which I have yet to be able to actually get to swipe a card through. So I enter them manually at the higher rate. After every transaction you have to delete the app from your phone then reload it and redo all your settings. Seriously after every single transaction. And the customer service lately is horrible. Please realize I have had no issues other than noticing fees continually rising as we use the machine less. Now that i want to cancel they want the machine that is for an iphone 4 back or for me to pay for it! Awesome! Stay far away. The app says free it's misleading detailed advertising. I, myself would have given a 4 star review too but keep reading. I first started using Paynet over 3 years ago when I started looking for a cheaper processing company. Everything was set up and confirmed ready for use. As soon as I started making transactions, I noticed the deposits weren't coming in. I called Paynet, you'll soon learn there are 5 different numbers to call and no way of being transferred. Eventually I found out that they needed more business info. I sent them more info and was told it was good to go but still no money came in. Keep in mind, they don't bother calling you either, you're left on your own to call them if there's a problem. Eventually I was told that now I needed formed signed by clients who were see for recurring billing so I ended up having to bother my clients by having them sign forms and sending them to Paynet. From there on, all went well for several months. They don't tell you that there at additional fees charged to your checking account at the end of every month for each transaction you perform (on top of the fees they already deduct from each transaction) they say its standard but I've never had these fees with other processors. About 14 months in, I started noticing that I was being charged a bigger fee at the end of every month for the last 4 months. I called to find out why and was told because I needed to complete the PCI compliance test. Again, I was never told about any test or contacted. After completing the test, they wouldn't refund me the fees and even told me i would be charged the fee for I've more month. Again, I didn't switch because of the hassle. Over the next 2 years, I've had several issues such as Paynet processing transactions 2-3 times but only showing up in the log as 1 payment resulting in angry customers and loss of business. Other issues include Paynet putting a hold on my account several times without notice because the risk department wanted to get info from me - yet they meet contacted me. Finally my biggest concern is they are not consistent with their deposits. Over the 3 years, deposits have taken anywhere from 2-8 BUSINESS days! This is the last straw and I will be switching today.
