## What is Credit Card Tracker?

Built by Tom Van De Putte, an independent developer. Which card should you use for this? And are your cards still worth their fees? ValueStack answers both from the cards you actually hold: it tracks every credit, free night and lounge pass before it expires, shows whether each fee is paying for itself, and tells you which card to reach for at a checkout. No account. No bank logins. Free for two cards.

WHICH CARD, RIGHT NOW
Pick what you're paying for — a trip, dinner, groceries, fuel, rent — and add the rough amount. For each line you get one card from your wallet and the arithmetic behind it: the earn rate, any open credit or free night the purchase would draw down, and the published cover that applies. A trip can come back as three cards: flight, hotel, car. It knows which rates only apply through the card's own travel site, and says so when it lacks the data instead of guessing.

SET UP IN UNDER A MINUTE
Pick your country and type a card name. Its fee, credits and benefits are filled in for you: 432 cards across eleven countries (US, UK, Canada, Australia, India, Singapore, Belgium, Brazil, Mexico, Japan, UAE), in your own currency and in English, Portuguese, Spanish or Japanese. Not listed? Add it by hand and track it the same way.

CHECK OFF AS YOU GO
Used your dining credit this month? Tap it. Credits reset themselves when a new period starts. Started mid-year? A catch-up control marks the periods you've already used. The Overview then shows what you've captured this year against what you've paid, per card and across your wallet, counted only from what you checked off.

NOTHING EXPIRES UNNOTICED
Everything unused is sorted by what resets soonest, with a countdown on each. Lounge visits, free nights and companion vouchers are tracked per card, and a voucher you've earned counts as money the next time Which Card sees a purchase it could pay for.

ON YOUR HOME SCREEN, ON EVERY DEVICE
A widget shows your open credits and the next reset without opening the app. Turn on iCloud sync and your iPhone and iPad share one wallet, through your own iCloud account. We never see it.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Everything stays on your device, or in your own iCloud if you choose to sync
• No account, no sign-in, no bank connection
• Nothing is shared with anyone: no analytics SDKs, no advertising, no tracking
It also exports to a file you keep, and restores on any device.

FREE AND PLUS
Free for up to two cards, with full tracking: credits, benefits, catch-up, expiry sorting, Which Card and the fee math. ValueStack Plus adds unlimited cards, reminders before a credit resets, iCloud sync and the widget, as a monthly or annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. If a subscription lapses, nothing is deleted or hidden. A year of Plus costs less than one forgotten $15 monthly credit.

A NOTE ON ACCURACY
Card terms change often. Built-in amounts and earn rates are starting points: every value is editable, so confirm current terms with your issuer. ValueStack is a personal tracking tool, not financial advice, and has no relationship with any card issuer.
VALUESTACK PLUS SUBSCRIPTION
• ValueStack Plus Monthly: $1.99 per month
• ValueStack Plus Annual: $14.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers
Prices are shown in your local currency, and the exact amount appears in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial period.
ValueStack Plus is also available as a one-time lifetime purchase, which is not a subscription and does not renew.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.4 — 2026-10-29

• Credits used in part: press and hold a credit's circle to enter what you spent. The rest stays open to use.
• Mark used from a reminder, without opening the app. Reminders now roll on to the next period by themselves.
• Fees covered: when your ticks cover a card's fee for the year, see the date and share it.
• Ticks keep the value they had, even if a credit's amount changes later.
• A calmer, redesigned look on iPhone and iPad, and full-screen iPhone Duo support.
• Card terms checked again in October: hundreds of updates, and 57 new cards in 11 countries (3 in the US).
• Benefits you delete no longer flag a card as changed.
• Fixed: in light mode the status bar could show white.

### 2.3 — 2026-10-21

• Siri: “Mark my Uber Cash as used in ValueStack” ticks a credit off, or logs a lounge visit, and says where the card stands against its fee.
• Fee this year: mark a card's fee as waived, discounted or paid in full.
• Purchases in instalments, spread over the statements they're billed on.
• Payment due reminders, three days before each due date.
• United Arab Emirates: 32 cards, with fees counted with VAT.
• Search My Cards by any word in a credit's name.
• Fixed: Add to Calendar now writes its entries.

### 2.2 — 2026-10-02

• Spend goals: track welcome-bonus spend, fee waivers and spend-unlocked vouchers, with what's left and the deadline.
• Statement dates: add the day each statement closes and is due. Goals count by statement, and Which Card shows when a purchase is billed and due.
• Siri: "Log spending in ValueStack" and "Log a statement in ValueStack" record amounts without opening the app.
• A cleaner wallet, an organised Discover tab, and a widget you can tick credits off from.

### 2.1 — 2026-09-21

There's a new tab: Which Card. Pick what you're about to pay for — a trip,
dinner, groceries, fuel, rent — and it tells you which of your cards to use,
line by line, with the math showing: the earn rate, any open credit or free
night the purchase would use up, and the cover that applies. It asks which
airline or hotel when that changes the answer, and it says so when it
doesn't have the data rather than guessing.

Also in 2.1:
• iCloud sync between your iPhone and iPad, through your own iCloud (optional)
• A home-screen widget with your open credits and the next reset
• A proper iPad layout
• Free nights and companion vouchers you've earned now count as money — mark a spend-threshold voucher as earned on My Cards and Which Card will use it
• Corrected earn rates on a dozen US cards and the three Bilt cards, and a fuel category that didn't exist before

### 2.0.1 — 2026-09-16

Perks outside the US now count. Lounge visits, dining vouchers and hotel memberships on UK, Canadian, Australian, Japanese, Indian, Brazilian, Mexican, Singaporean and Belgian cards now carry a value, so they feed the break-even maths instead of sitting there as a note.

Amex Japan Platinum is corrected: the 2-for-1 dining benefit closed on 30 June, and Global Dining Cashback is now 50% capped at 20,000 yen per half-year.

ValueStack also asks for a rating at a moment that has actually earned it, and runs correctly on iOS 27.
