Не войти в историю и в информацию. Все крупным шрифтом без возможности перехода кифункционалу

Сайт и приложение застряло в 2000-х годах. Реализация - я ещё такого ужаса не видел. Почему там есть чат, но там только бот? Зачем он там? Однозначный отказ от этого банка.

Это приложение на протяжении последних лет держит первенство в списке самых ущербных на моем телефоне. - Нет входа по пин коду (если ты в маске, то Face ID не сработает), нужно вводить пароль. - Пароль может быть только из 5 цифр (!) и никак иначе. Б - безопасность. - Иногда пополнение не проходит из-за якобы невалидной сессии. То есть в приложение пустило, а через минуту сессия уже истекла? Что у вас происходит с бэкендом? - Отдельный привет хочу сказать пи**сам, которые додумались разлогинивать в самый неподходящий момент потому что пароль устарел. Надеюсь, в аду для вас будет отдельный котёл с принудительной сменой пароля каждые пару минут - Общий UI/UX просто кошмар. Так верстают только м*даки и аутсорсеры. Про пункты меню, которые каждый раз меняют свой порядок и назойливые выскакивающие баннеры я вообще молчу - Вишенкой на торте является ох*ая поддержка эмоджи. Ее просто нет. Шёл 2023 год. Если в пуше они ещё отображаются, потому что рисуются системой, то в приложении вы увидите развалившиеся юникодные символы Итого: 0/5, вам нужно выбросить этот кусок г*на и написать все с нуля. Завершу этот опус цитатой из ГТА: эта х*ня полное д*рьмо, все все

Невозможно сделать переводы! Досрочные погашения не принимает. Долго принимает переводы с других банков. Вот сколько пользуюсь , хуже не встречал. Я просто мечтаю закрыть в этом банке свой кредит и удалить это приложение! Удобств от слова СОВСЕМ нет!

Честно говоря приложение как будто windows 95. Обновите уже наконец. Возьмите нормальных дизайнеров на работу. 
Внутрибанковский Перевод из интернет банка нормально отправляется, создается шаблон, а из приложения пишет что неверно введен счет

После последнего обновления, приложение перестало открываться ;( ???
При входе в приложение висит заставка «Кредит Европабанк»
на синем фоне и больше ничего не происходит , дальше приложение не загружается!!!

В современных условиях приложение самое убогое по функционалу. Данное приложение направлено на просмотр баннеров. После месяца использования сбросилось и кроме баннера не видно других продуктов. На горячей линии сообщили, что это норма !!! Нужно удалить и поставить ПО заново!!! после обновления!!! Респект и уважение разработчикам.

Кто ставит 5ки этому бездарному приложению? Слепые? Не пользующиеся им? Ничего нормально не работает, только баланс и историю операций посмотреть можно, сбп подключить - просто нереально, хотя в приложениях других банков всё делается за минуту. Позорище
