I have an email from Roger’s saying that I have a credit for $200, and have tried to pass that information on. I got a huge run around. The original false claim was for $455. Since that time I had paid off the remaining balance of a car loan for $7700, no change; and every bill remains paid in advance! ### 1/5 — Loans that is paid off *2026-07-31, version 26.31* 2 loans that are paid off but still shows that i owe money ### 1/5 — Time to … *2026-07-24, version 26.28* Change the way credit ratings are calculated. You pay your bills on time for years and years. Have 100% bills paid on time but still have a low rating. I follow all CK suggestions except the one to which costs money. The whole system is a scam. Apparently if you pay them $5 a month you’ll get a better rating. Paying your bills on time does nothing to boost your rating. We need to start a case action lawsuit against all these companies. During registering I added my contact number on my credit karma account. But when I checked the credit report it was a different number (made ma worry about my personal information), So i tried to make a report but its hard to finished it cuz when I press that (Im not a robot thing page) it not working. I was stuck there and cant finished my report. Now im hanging with confusion and worry about my info again. Cuz it happened one time someone use my info and to get a walmart master and max out it. I raised an issue re my address in June 2025, they could not comprehend the issue so closed the ticket. THEY have then contacted me in relation to this in April 2026, the email does not specify what they are referring to as ‘outstanding’. I have asked for clarity multiple times now and the useless customer service rep’s cannot comprehend the query.
