Overall the app is very good but I hope developers will bring in biometric login instead of using pin. Secondly why does it force logout every time it updates. Lastly why suddenly it has a two months lag in updating repayment history? I recently was made aware through the app that a credit enquiry had been fraudulently made in my name. Long story short - my ID had been stolen and used to apply for a number of lines of credit. I never would have known about it if not for this app - thank you. Would be 5 stars if there was a way to lift the ban with all 3 reporting agencies when I need to but I get that they are 3rd parties and have their own processes (and this is all to protect us). ### 3/5 — List credit freeze button *2023-12-03, version 1.0.112* I used to have the option on the app to unfreeze my credit block but that has disappeared with the last App update. It’s an app for the iPhone so it doesn’t work so well on the iPad but looks good on the iPhone. More importantly Credit Savvy has made it easy for me to get my credit score and lock down my credit to keep my accounts safe. ### 2/5 — Logging in issues *2023-06-08, version 1.0.88* Great when I can log in. Tried to log in, and when I did all my previous credit details and reports weren’t there. It’s like I never existed. Tried to forgot password then it wouldn’t recognise the email I initially used to register. ### 3/5 — Not so easy to remove a ban *2023-03-30, version 1.0.79* With all the recent data breaches I followed advice and put a temporary credit report ban in place. I needed to remove the ban and had to contact all three credit providers individually which then took between 1 to 12 days for the credit report to be active. But will not allow you to lift the ban with anyone except Experian. Do not use for managing credit bans, learn how to do it the hard way. I read everything, and it was not obvious to me that this was the situation. Only Jan-May appear as selectable options. Can’t type in as well as it goes to choose the date immediately. A keyboard functionality for entering would be good.
