While selecting travel locations abroad Taiwan is listed as “Taiwan, Province of China”. This indicates low development standards to question overall code base security. Not a trustworthy credit card management application. Also like other banking institutions the features here could be integrated into the main CU1 app.

It’s a great app and I’ve been using it for a while and I really loved it. And now I don’t know how to reach y’all, but I can’t login to the app it says server can’t be reached if you guys can fix that please and thank you

There is an issue with the app where you’re unable to login to control your cards; you get an error message stating the server cannot be reached. This has been an ongoing problem for over a month. Also, if you click on “Contacts us”, the incorrect bank contact information is provided (CU1 of Illinois, a completely different bank than CU1 of Alaska).

After a month of weekly calls to CU1 I am now being told this a “known” issues affecting more than just me. They told me they have no established time for a fix.

Does not work(for me). I try to setup a new user and card and I get an error “Terms and Conditions cannot be displayed”. I have made 3 calls to CU1 and it has been over a week with no resolution. The answer I have been given is they are “waiting for technical support” to respond. I have tried two different cards as well as two different iOS devices with the same result.
