Get this app! Honestly though, this is one step shy of having a 90 year old man from Western Union hand deliver you a telegram with your account balance info. It's 2016, and we have iOS10. The iPhone 4s, 5, 5s, 6, 6s, SE, and now 7 have all been released since this app's been updated. That's just lazy. I have my suspicions on their security patches too because of the carbon dating of this app. In the future, it would also be nice if the app could be linked to our CUD master cards like the online portal is. I'd love to be able to check my credit card transactions and pay off my balance from my phone too. ### 1/5 — I can't even open it anymore *2016-09-20, version 1.717.44* Since I updated to iOS 10 this app crashes as soon as I try to login. Behind the times is a bit of a theme with the credit union of Denver, and I wouldn't necessarily recommend opening an account with them. It hasn't been updated on almost 3 years and it seriously shows. Because this app hasn't been updated to accommodate newer bigger iPhone screens, there are times the keyboard comes up but cannot scroll down or "next" to other lines. I got it specifically so I could make payments on my CUD loan and that is not even an option. ### 1/5 — Online check deposits do not show up *2021-10-04, version 2021.193.1* It’s frustrating when you make a mobile deposit and there is no record of it. You have to go back at a later date to verify that the check deposit went through. It should show up in the app immediately and if the funds are not available then make it show pending. But any transaction made should be documented immediately. The terms and conditions pop up, and when I click agree, they pop up again. It keeps happening in an endless loop. It was decent at that time and there were several updates during the first year to fix some minor problems and improve the workability of the app. Then, the updates became infrequent. Until last year, the app still remained more functional than some of my other banking apps. This recent version brings some added features and updated appearance. One feature that is blatantly missing is the ability to login using the iPhone Touch. All of my other banking apps have allowed that feature for some time. ### 4/5 — Finally, an update! *2016-09-29, version 1.15306.79* We finally have an update for CU of Denver! Love the look of it and how fast it is. However, anyway we can use the darn finger print scanner to login like every other app out there instead of typing our password every time?
