I have yet to hear back from support. Always check recent ones. I’ve been trying to make an account for almost 2 weeks and always get an error message saying system failed. ### 1/5 — Crooks- Don’t waste your time or possible reward elsewhere for this company. *2022-01-22, version 2.1.25* They do not pay out any rewards for their “Extra Credit” Program. I reported all my rewards before my trial was over, they stated I had to wait for the 3rd party companies to confirm with them. I waited, waited, and waited. A week before my free trial was over, I emailed Credit.com questioning the updates for my rewards. At this point, I haven’t received any rewards or any update on my referrals. So in my email to the Supervisor, I advised him I don’t feel comfortable about paying $24.99 for a membership when the membership hasn’t fulfilled their responsibilities as per trial membership. He agreed and advised me to not to renew membership until he provides me an update on my rewards. So again, I wait a month and still no word, so I email Credit.com and the same supervisor who advised me to not renew until he updated me tells me that in order to receive any rewards, I have to be a member. He confirmed all my rewards back from October that they never paid out for in the same email. I thought maybe it was a bug that would get patched quickly, but it’s been doing this for over a month.
