The experience with this app and their so called customer service is one that I wouldn’t even wish on the devil himself. I topped up my account and tried to send the money to a friend but it wasn’t going through. I cleared the app and opened it again only to find out that my money has disappeared from my cash wallet. I reached out to their service and complained, only for them to reply an hour later telling me that my money is in my account. I was so mad. How can my money be in my account but when i try to make a transactions it says insufficient balance and that my account is N0.00. Fast forward a year, I got a text from them and I decided to give it another chance, maybe it was all a misunderstanding, nope, it was not, same tactics, they want you to put money in the app that you will never be able to take out.
