Whenever I call Credzy or Credit Innovation Group, they explain what’s going on, fix the issue, or let me know it’s being worked on. I’ve never felt brushed off. Once you actually start using all the features, the app is really cool. The courses alone have helped me a lot, and I love having credit monitoring, personal info monitoring, and tools that actually help me understand and manage my money. My credit has also come a long way since starting (it was BAD). No company is perfect, but the people really care. And there is no refunds.
