I hate to leave 1 star on a wonderful app like this but I also don’t want my account to keep being charged for $70 I have had to deactivate 2 cards so for which is very inconvenient. I hope this review will stop my card from being charged. It doesn’t bill you through Apple’s standard subscription setup. It takes you to a private website and doesn’t use any email info, so you won’t be able to cancel. Additionally, as soon as you sign up for a free trial, it bills you anyway. Furthermore, cancelling your account does not stop billing, and the instructions to end your subscription are erroneous and incorrect. You have to email them (and I still haven’t received a reply). I even told the AI bot about it, and it itself referred to their tactics as predatory and quoted the Bible against their actions. Do NOT fall victim to this. This is just yet another cash grab AI app with fluff reviews. If they ever respond and do the right thing, I will amend this review. There’s no option on their website or the app. They give you the option of going to your subscriptions list thru your phone settings or thru the store app settings. Oddly it’s nowhere to be found in those places. So now I have to figure who to call or email before they charge me money. Because we all know that “once we charge you we can’t send it back” BS.
