The apps crashes not letting me watch video lessons and interrupts a video I am watching. Please upgrade the functionality of the app . Thanks ### 4/5 — Doesn’t resume play after phone call/notifications *2019-01-30, version 1.8* Anytime I receive a phone call or notification (any interruption at all), the app restarts, which means I’m forced to relocate the message and start from scratch. The ability to resume play is a standard for media apps in today’s world. Outside of that, it’s great. ### 2/5 — Needs improvement *2018-08-20, version 1.8* The app loses memory quick, it does not remain on pause for too long, and in instead it takes you back to main menu. Some episodes do not load. Feedback for developer, the changing of colors looks nice, but for people with poor eyesight it is very difficult to read with reds, and orange backgrounds, I have to wait until the background changes to green to be able to read content. On the other hand, listening to Pastor CrefloDollar is great. ### 2/5 — Poor app *2018-07-27, version 1.8* I wanted the app to access messages. At World Changers the messages are always good, so that’s not the problem. The problem is the slowness in accessing the messages, which is often when a speaker has done a series with many parts. ### 2/5 — Unmove *2018-07-12, version 1.8* I tries to back to menu. I wish it gave more pause time so I didn’t have to kept reloading the app and go back to message and have to start message over! I pause it often cuz of business demand and then have to restart app and back into media and restart the message which hopefully I put in download so don’t have to look for message I chose. Wish downloaded app held my place when pause instead of having to start over and advance ### 3/5 — Good app *2018-03-14, version 1.8* This app is a great platform for the Word of God to come through. I set up an account over a year ago and wasn’t able to give because of your website. I went in in July 15, 2020 to give and I’m having trouble. The color changes are a big distraction and could be a reason why I’m not able to give. I’m sure others are encountering this frustration also. Someone needs to look into this. I’ve changed my password a couple of times, but still cannot login. I tried going to the website, but I can’t login there and on the login page I get a warning that it is an unsecured website. Are there any plans in the works to upgrade the app/website? I love this ministry and have learned so much from it. It never opens. ### 1/5 — Why An App? *2019-12-27, version 1.8* A message to Creflo Dollar Ministries Tech Department.... why create an app that you are not giving any attention too? As of December 27, 2019, this app has not been updated in over 2 years! In technology, that’s near a decade. The app easily crashes, is not updated with upcoming events and heaven forbid you get a phone call. There were several reviews expressing concerns about these very same issues, which were met with dead silence from the developer. Just take the app down of you’re not going to cultivate it. In the meantime, I’ll be uninstalling and will go back to obtaining info and sermons from the website and YouTube. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2019-12-11, version 1.8* I am currently running OS 13.3 and the app crashes during its attempt to load. I’ve rebooted my iPad and still no fix. I really desire to use this app as I find Pastor Dollar’s messages to be very inspirational. I hope the issue will be resolved soon. At first I thought it was my phone that caused the message to cut out, like not buffering/streaming right. But then I used the app on my TV and the same thing happened I contacted my internet provider thinking it was my internet. But I’m able to watch movies no problem. My internet guy said the problem is on your end. I watch from Minnesota. I pray you can get these updated. You might be losing viewers because of this. An enemy attack to stop Gods Word.
