One I opened the app it switched me to dark mode, deleted ALL of my time stamps for this week (luckily it kept the hours) and now it won’t let me log any hours. If I try to add to my current day it gives me an error, if I try to delete today and start over it gives me an error, even the website isn’t working and gives me the same issues. The entire thing is absolutely broken and I can’t edit/adjust anything. Don’t roll out “updates” and force people to get them if they don’t work. ### 2/5 — What update?!??! *2025-11-02* I just started a new job that requires me to use this app. I am trying to log in to the app but keeps saying I need to update to continue, so I head to the App Store and there is no option to update?? We apologize for the great inconvenience and have adjusted our processes to ensure this issue does not happen again. ### 2/5 — Texting impossible *2022-04-19* Texting is impossible as the keyboard covers the text box so you can’t see what you’re writing! Thank you for choosing Crelate! ### 3/5 — Needs Work *2019-11-23* I love this but it would be nice if the one app all the same settings. The Connector Version was able to sort the opportunities by owner like the Mobile version. Or the mobile version read out the job details like the connector and upload a contact by resume. Both app needs to merge together to have all the same options that would be great. I have to download both because one does what the other doesn’t. Please fix it and it would abosultely GREAT ### 4/5 — Does not work in "dark mode" on iPhone *2021-02-27* If your phone is in dark mode, you can not read the text in the app. I like dark mode, so I have to switch to light mode to use this app. Otherwise great app and solid software, thanks!! **Developer response:** Hi there, we have since released a fully-featured dark mode option.
