Un disastro ### 1/5 — Non funziona con Nepto! *2021-09-11, version 1.2* Non c’è modo che veda il mio nuovo Nepto, nonostante l’interfaccia funzioni perfettamente via USB col mio MacBook Pro (quindi Nepto e interfaccia si vedono e comunicano). A nulla è servito scrivere (più volte) al supporto Cressi tramite il form apposito sul sito. Deluso. Aggiungo che se si clicca sul supporto App qui sull’App Store si va a un bel 404 pagina non trovata. However, I never received a verification email (it was not in SPAM either). I tried to register another email address and had the same problem. I emailed Cressi for assistance, but I didn’t receive any response. There’s no way for me to resend the registration email within the app, so I cannot interface my dive computer with my account. I then discovered I had to purchase an additional piece of equipment - the bluetooth interface - to get the app to link to my watch. After following the instructions multiple times, verifying the specs of my phone, the app will not locate my Leonardo. Total waste of time and money. ### 1/5 — No field to add location. *2024-04-21, version 1.6.0* Cressi Neon: I asked this question a few years ago. I cannot find any way to add dive site information to the dive log. I love the computer but candidly not being able to add even a text field for location makes the app almost useless. If I am missing something please let me know. Otherwise Can you please add a simple LOCATION Field? It can be plain text. Completely useless. ### 1/5 — Infernal *2022-11-02, version 1.3* Je déconseille vivement l’achat d’un Donatello. On ne voit rien en plongée, un seul bouton pour tout piloter ce n’est pas fonctionnel. Côté interface, assez mécontent de devoir encore acheter le connecteur Bluetooth en plus de l’ordi. Pourquoi n’était il pas intégré??? Impossible de l’éteindre donc la pile est morte en 48H. L’interface s’est difficilement connectée au début pour assez vite ne plus du tout le faire. But the app HAS TO be updated to allow user to name each dive/add the dive location, site name. Probabilmente l’unico prodotto Cressi che mi ha deluso ### 2/5 — Mancano un sacco di funzioni *2025-02-07, version 1.6.0* Con la solo possibilità di interfaccia con il telefono si perdono tutte le funzioni da pc. Non c’è la possibilità di inserire i punti di immersione, caricare foto, stampare i grafici e soprattutto non c’è la funzione velocità discesa/ ascesa sia media che assoluta. Come cadere in basso. Spero tanto in un miglioramento. ### 2/5 — Problemi con bluetooth *2024-10-19, version 1.6.0* Utilizzo Michelangelo da quattro anni, scaricando i dati con l’interfaccia sia via cavo sia via Bluetooth senza alcun problema. Da quando ho aggiornato iPhone con IOS 18.0 la connessione bluetooth non è più possibile. ### 2/5 — Als Apnoe-Log eher ungeeignet *2024-08-23, version 1.6.0* Im Log des Donatello ist eine 86 minütige Session mit 14 Tauchgängen (Free-Modus). In der App werden nur die ersten 40 Minuten dargestellt. Beim manuellen Durchschalten der Einzeltauchgänge stürzt die App beim Überschreiten der 40-Min-Grenze jedes mal ab. Auf iPhone und iPad getestet.
