I downloaded this app Crest is a Cadillac and Infiniti dealer in my area.  I sent in a request to schedule service.   They called minutes later and set the appointment.  I had no idea that they have a Valet Program and came to my house, picked up my car, and left a loaner vehicle for me to use.  Then returned my car when the service was completed.  That's Awesome!  I didn't have to leave the house at all.  If you ask me that's customer service and the ultimate convenience.  The guy also said they do the same Valet Program when your shopping for a car. They bring you the car your looking at, show you the car, go over all the options, and test drive it at your home or office.  That's the way to buy a car!

I love this app! I submitted a request for service and time I'd like to bring it in and I got a call within a few minutes of submitting the request. There is even room to write special requests/ instructions. Very helpful and so 21st-Century of Crest to have this app. Thumbs up!
