## What is Crest?

Crest is a calm breathing app where you watch your breath like an ocean wave. The water rises — breathe in. The water falls — breathe out. That's all.

Why Crest is different:
- No ads. Your attention is yours, not for sale.
- No levels, scores or badges. Not to compete — to calm down.
- Local-first. No account required; all your data stays on your device.
- Honest metrics: calm minutes, longest exhale, consistency.

What's inside:
- Personalized calibration: it measures your natural exhale and tunes the rhythm to you.
- Four channels — Calm, Sleep, Focus, Energy — each with its own breathing rhythm.
- Start when you're ready: tap, count down, then breathe with the wave.
- Gentle haptic feedback and a flowing water animation.
- Ocean (day) and Night themes, switching automatically.
- Turkish and English.
- One gentle daily reminder (optional).

Crest is made to slow down, ease tension and wind down for sleep. Quiet, measured, at your own pace.
