For the last 2 days, July 20 and 21, the App keeps crashing.  This is unacceptable.  I do not feel like dealing with your tech person because the 2 times I have talked to them on the phone in the past couple of years, they make alot of unnecessary sounds, kind of like sighs, it is so unprofessional and annoying.  

Crest needs to fire their 3rd party company they hired to run this App and their website! I can’t log into my account on either platform because of “technical issues”; worst financial App and website ever. Too many issues since I’ve been a customer. Not fair! While I’m trying to support local business, I’ll go back to Bank of America in a heartbeat.

Crest needs to fire their 3rd party company they hired to run this App and their website!  I can’t log into my account on either platform because of “technical issues”; worst financial App and website ever.  Too many issues since I’ve been a customer.  Not fair!  
While I’m trying to support local business, 
I’ll go back to Bank of America in a heartbeat.
