I call then they say it will be 20 minutes. Due to the nature of this I was warned not to drive. As it was a busy time of day I booked my cab with Cresta the day before. Despite numerous phone calls to their office my cab didn’t turn up and the clinic were forced to cancel my appointment and put me back on the waiting list. Very unreliable service from Cresta. As a follow on from this I emailed Cresta with my complaint. That was over 2 weeks ago and they have still not even taken the time to reply. Never late, always great friendly drivers and now it’s horrible. I had somewhere to be at 6 o’clock so I pre booked the minibus 2 hours early and I did it for half 5. It was 10 minutes late so I rang up and they said it would be another 10 minutes so I waited. It’s now 6:15 and it still isn’t here. What’s the point in pre booking if the taxi isn’t gonna be here on time?? When booking a ride, the app will glitch multiple times and when you have finally secured a ride, the app will then notify you that they are still looking for a driver. Once this error has passed, there is now the issue of the map glitching between your current location and Algeria! ### 1/5 — Sort app out *2021-05-24, version 33.2.3* Worst app I have ever used and the taxi drivers have terrible attitudes, they also stick on 30/40p charges when you use your card by keeping the meter running! Rang up and asked why and they said they just cant send the taxi. Today’s driver was parked in the middle of the road. Equally as good as calling up the call centre for a taxi and I know if I had any problems I would be able to contact Cresta directly where one of the fantastic agents would be able to assist me, as they always do. ### 5/5 — Brilliant *2014-01-02, version 2.206* Used the Cresta App for the first time on New Year's Eve at 5am (technically NYD) because nobody was answering the phone, taxi was here within 10 minutes of me booking it! The registration of the car was provided & I could see where the taxi was, using the in-app tracker!
