My hardware is plugged in and "ready", however sitting right next to the lamp with my device inches away and somehow always manages to go offline. Can't control the lights remotely with the app, & due to them being offline 99% of the time trying to use a schedule is pointless. It just says unable to authorize or they’re having an issue. Now it’s absolutely garbage. After disabling the link from Alexa I am unable to link it back. It just keeps saying unable to link, try again. So I have to pull out my phone, open the Crestin app, and tap the device switch to use. When controlling them individually they work fine, but now when I wanna control them together, one or the other will start to have a delay or even no response. The two way audio abs pan features are way cool for such a low priced camera! However... After I set this camera up, I told my (adult) sons about my great find! They immediately expressed concern when they noticed no Privacy Policy was shared on the App Store by the developer. Initially I thought they were over reacting... but a day later I received an odd email from my email address - to my email address - in all Hanzi characters. It may have been just a weird coincidence, but it really gave me pause. I decided to unplug the camera and deleted the app. I’ve been keeping and eye on the app in the hopes the developer will post a privacy policy.
