とてもいいアプリで平日欠かさず使用していましたが、問い合わせしようにも連絡が途絶えてしまいました。途中解約の場合は問い合わせして返金などの手続きがあるので、問い合わせ必須なはずなのに、問い合わせ先が機能していません。これでは詐欺になると思いますが、X、インスタ、LINE、全てストップしています。

25.5.26 朝開いたら、アプリのアプデがあったのでしょうか、リセットのような状態、復元できていません。相変わらず問い合わせ機能しておらずAppleに訴えようかと思います。

途中までは問題なく続けられてとてもよかったが、支払いも変えてないのにロックがかかってなにも使えない。問い合わせ先にLINEでと書いてあるのになにも返答がない。課金だけまたとられていて不信感。
内容がいいだけに残念です

評価1としましたが教材としては大変よいものでした！ 

小1女の子です。年少からレベル4を受講しました。親がわかりやすく教えるのは難しく、苦手だった2桁の計算がクレタクラスのおかげでコツをつかみスラスラと解けるようになりました。ただ計算ができるようになるだけでなく概念から理解できだと思います。

動画をみて問題を解き理解するという構成になっており、また動画の内容も段階を踏んで理解していくといった流れで大変よくできており、やってよかったし、とてもオススメです。

レベル4以降も準備中とのことなので期待してますが発表はまだありません。

評価1とした理由ですが、お問い合わせが公式LINEしかなくメッセージをしても全く返信がない状態です。他のユーザーの方も9月を最後に連絡がとれないとのことでした。 よい教材なだけにお問い合わせ先がLINEしかない、そしてそれすら連絡がとれないのは非常に残念でなりません。

連絡手段が改善されたら評価をあげたいと思います。

件名の通りですが、ユニット9三周目のもん太と通話の際に、戦車の開発のことを賛美するような内容があり、デベロッパーが外国のためなのかなとは思いますが、戦車の活躍は戦争を想起しかねない、子供の教育アプリには全くもって相応しくない内容と思いました。他はとても素晴らしく、教育としても大変助かっているのですが、この回については正直引きました。ローカライズの際に誰も気にならなかったのか不思議でなりません。
