I’ve contacted service support multiple times with no response. Can someone please help? Update: App was down for over a week and no response from customer support after multiple emails. However, videos are now loading again. The customer support, which is only by email, never responded. The app is finally working again and it seems they were upgrading it. I purchased this app for the whole year only to be met with the videos not playing. According to the app my internet was too slow. I have 3 gig internet and it should work. It keeps showing me a loading error message, even though my network is working perfectly on every other app. I literally stream movies on every other app and I am able to search things on Safari. So there is no problem with my network. when I click on the lesson it shows me the error message and then if I click on the progress bar, it just lets me take the quiz, but I can’t watch the lesson. I tried disabling the pop-up blockers on my iPad. Tried the app on my phone and my iPad and it still doesn’t work. I verified that my account is actually active with a subscription and it is, so that’s not the problem either. I tried reaching out to customer support from the email they provide on their website, but still I haven’t gotten a response for several days. I’m essentially paying for a service that is not working.
