It waste time ### 2/5 — Needs improvement *2025-05-12, version 6.5.2* 1: Why do we need to also log in to messages every single time, that should be automatically done when we log in to the app. 2: Blocks access for way too long after you stop driving. 3: Blocks access if walking too quickly because it believes you must be driving. 4: Blocks access when riding with someone else, there should be a way for it to see your work vehicle isn’t even running. Let alone moving. 5: If logged out of the truck for any reason such as truck in the shop there is no way to send or receive communication until logged back in. Clearly the communication in linked to the tablet assigned to the truck which furthers my point about 4. ### 2/5 — Needs improvement *2025-05-08, version 6.5.2* There are a few gripes I have about areas that need improvement. When I get out of the truck, I have to wait five minutes to pull up messages for numbers I need immediately at shippers. It also locks me out of using the app if I'm a passenger in a vehicle because it thinks I'm driving every time I'm simply in a moving vehicle. It would also be a huge help to be able to send forms from the app and to be able to receive push notifications for new messages ### 2/5 — Could definitely use better improvements *2025-01-31, version 6.2.2* 1. The recruiter pop up is SUPER annoying it should only come up when accessing Recruiting, not every page. 2. Organization of options is very random- please consider the actual people that use the app the most(drivers) 3. PLEASE include current shop hours in the terminal information 4. Driver Report Card info is always way off/not current. 5. It will not let you sign in, for 5- up to 10 minutes - it will say you’re still driving. You also cannot stay signed in- you will have to sign in each and every time you leave the app even if it’s for a minute. It takes several minutes to get the app to to open up Driver messaging because you made it too sensitive. It’s absolutely ridiculous when I get to a shipper and need the numbers off the Driver messaging. I have to literally take the tablet now out of my truck and go in the office because I can’t open up the stupid app that you have made two on user-friendly if you think that that’s gonna stop people from reading while they’re driving, you are mistaken because if you’re smart enough, you could just take a picture of the Stupid load info and look at it whenever you want so Crete safety needs to figure something out because right now this app is worthless ### 1/5 — New Scan auto talking the scan image update *2021-10-13, version 4.1.10* This new auto scan image update is very annoying. It is not helpful. Please remove that and put app back to what it was. I’m also not happy about the app tracking me when I’m not using the app. Just saying these fixes would make the app better and get a better rating from me and a lot of others. Quit fixing stuff that isn’t broke…. ### 1/5 — New update is worse! *2021-10-07, version 4.1.10* When using the SCAN DOCUMENTS tab, the new update is much less user friendly and image quality has gone way down!
