## What is Crew?

Crew Link is free field service software for small service businesses and for homeowners who run their own projects.

It keeps jobs, quotes, schedule, crew, clients, chat, Insights, and payments in one place so you are not bouncing between spreadsheets, group texts, and a pile of other apps.

FREE TO USE
Every feature built into Crew Link is free. No subscription and no credit card are required to sign up. Optional tools you choose to connect later (for example Stripe for card payments) are up to you. The core product stays free.

WHAT IT IS
A simple back office for service work: from first estimate, to the job on the calendar, to chat with the client, to paid and done. Owners, managers, crew, and clients each see what they need.

WHO IT IS FOR
• Owners and managers of landscaping, painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other home service crews
• Field crew who need the job, the schedule, and the client on their phone
• Homeowners and DIYers who want to track projects, costs, and maintenance without buying enterprise software

MAKE THE BUSINESS EASIER
• Create jobs and move them through your workflow (quote, schedule, work, payment)
• Send quotes with promotions, discounts, approvals, and service agreements when you need them
• Schedule estimates, visits, tasks, and reminders around company hours
• See your day on the Dashboard with Today, work requests, and recent activity
• Message clients and crew on the job, with translation for the top languages used in North America
• Use Clients CRM to see health scores, ratings, and who needs attention on payments
• Use Insights to watch profit, revenue, payments, and expenses (including Last 7 days trends)
• Collect payments, track expenses, and keep invoices and receipts with the job
• Clock in, run timesheets, and preview payroll from time entries
• Track inventory, equipment, and chemical applications
• Share before and after photos and keep an activity feed of what changed

KEEP DATA SAFE
Crew Link is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your company data belongs to you. We do not sell your data. We do not use AI bots to talk to your clients. You choose which outside tools you connect.
