I can search up any question and it will come up, but I also like to help people and wish I could post questions and answers without paying for premium. I think that’s a bit outrageous. ### 4/5 — Need improvement *2024-12-15, version 3.5.0* LaTeX equations are not rendered in the app. The list is weird that many years old questions are on top. Code snippets are not rendered in a monospaced font unless “Enable Webview” setting is turned on. Even then, there is no syntax highlighting. At a seemingly random place in the list of posts the scrolling “resets” and starts over at the top of the list. Today’s update doesn’t fix this. Otherwise this app is rather well done. The old official SE app finally stopped working for me and I need a suitable replacement. **Developer response:** My apologies, I made a mistake. This app is great for surfing stack overflow but I sometimes feel like it can do much more given the ability to surf every stack exchange website. Please add this feature. EDIT: Hi, thanks for the reply. With the latest update I am able to view Math SE, but it’s difficult to use it because Latex is not implemented in the app at all. Without latex Math SE is almost useless in the app. ### 4/5 — Very useful. Found some suggestions *2022-04-10* I like it. Given the absence of a Stack Overflow app, this works perfectly. However I have a few suggestions. 1) make it more vertical-view friendly. as it is right now, it is difficult to see pages and explore tags while browsing on vertical mode. It is still readable but I just think it could be more readable. 2) add push notifications. for someone who plans to use this a lot, I think it would be very useful to be notified when someone responds to your question or answer. That way I don’t have to keep opening and closing the app while waiting for a response. Thank you for making this app so useful and good to use! I tolerated these even though I had previously paid. But now with the move to subscriptions, I can finally delete the app once and for all. But in its current state it simply feels half baked. The font choice seems very wrong for any iOS app, and there’s some odd scaling / display issues. Also, tapping the Home Screen widgets doesn’t open the post they’re showing, which is rather annoying because they always show exciting posts. However, the app is not supporting math viewing right now. It would be great if the dev can add this feature to the next update. Update: nvm, I found the mathjax option. La experiencia es brutal(para mi gusto): te logeas una vez sin dar rodeos y se te sincroniza todo, las integraciones van perfectas, la interfaz responde al toque, limpia, muy intuitiva, sin adornos ni funciones que no aporten. Me falta comprobar el comportamiento de las notificaciones, pero por lo poco que la he usado es una app de altísima calidad.
