This AP is the most useless thing developed in aviation history. The person responsible for creating this should be forced to have his life drained away like we have waiting for this to load and never getting the needed information.

The app takes a really long time to load your reservation information and to submit forms. The forms also ask for information that is already on the app, like your flight number and arrival/departure times.

Opening this app is a hassle. Often you need to close it out and relaunch it 2-3x to get it to load properly. When it does work it can take several minutes to open. I do not recommend.
