It is terribly slow. The on boarding process isn’t seamless. While using the app, some buttons aren’t clear and pressing them takes me back to a screen that I can’t recover from and have to force close the app. The system background of the app is the wrong color and I can’t see my phone status bar. Pathetic and not user friendly. Why when I attempt to contact the developer, via App Store, am I immediately redirected to download your app. There is no link to contact the Developer immediately. Often you need to close it out and relaunch it 2-3x to get it to load properly. When it does work it can take several minutes to open. I do not recommend. ## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great app ( with one big issue) *2022-06-17* Hi, There doesn’t seem to be anywhere to directly leave feedback about the app so I guess it’ll have to go in this review. Crew Connex is great. Bar none and top marks all around. However, and I’m sure the designers probably made this feature with the best of intent, but in the information page, there is a screen-wide dead centre ‘Cancel this reservation’ button. It is farrrrr too easy when crew are tired or rushed to accidentally hit this and inadvertently cancel their hotel. Could you please put this somewhere else on the screen and make it much smaller so it isn’t where one’s finger automatically lands? I personally have accidentally cancelled two of my reservations because of this & I’m pretty certain there must be many other crew members with the same experience. Otherwise?
