## What is crewcrew?

Your roster as a calendar, from any airline, without handing over your crew portal password. Then share it with the people who keep asking "when are you home?"

GET YOUR ROSTER IN, YOUR WAY
• Screenshots or photos of your roster, up to 8 at a time
• PDF, Excel or .ics files from your company or crew portal
• Your crew portal's calendar link (webcal or https): paste it once and it updates every 3 hours, no ads
• We never ask for your crew portal password, and we never log in to airline systems
• Read something wrong? Fix the day yourself, or report it and we'll fix that roster format

YOUR MONTH AT A GLANCE
• Flights, sectors, show-up times, layovers, standby, deadheads and days off on one calendar
• Home screen widgets for your next duty and your month
• Monthly flights, block time and days off, added up for you
• Keep your roster in Google Calendar or Apple Calendar with a subscription link

SHARED WITH THE PEOPLE WHO MATTER
• Send an invite code. Family and friends see your schedule, no crew account needed
• Our calendar: everyone's month side by side, with the days you're all off picked out
• Share everything, or only your days off
• Days off you share with friends and colleagues are found automatically
• Add a plan to a shared day off, like dinner at home

ON LAYOVER
• Time difference from your base
• Crew taxi: split a ride with crew in the same city that day. We show the area, never your hotel, and the chat disappears 3 hours after the ride
• Notes by aircraft type and airport that come up on the day you fly there

FOR PILOTS
• A logbook built from your roster: total time, PIC/SIC, last 90 days and 12 months
• 90-day takeoff and landing currency
• Logbook pages in ICAO, EASA and JCAB formats (some formats need Plus Pilot)

YOUR DATA
• No crew portal passwords, ever
• Crew names in calendar links are thrown away, never stored
• Uploaded roster files are deleted automatically after 30 days
• Delete your account and all your data any time from the My tab

FREE, WITH PLUS IF YOU WANT IT
crewcrew is free. On the free plan a short ad plays each time we read a roster photo, PDF or Excel file (4 per 24 hours, 20 per 30 days). Calendar links and .ics files never show an ad.

crewcrew Plus
• Up to 12 ad-free reads every 30 days, then one ad and you carry on
• No limit on reads
• Roster change alerts for your shared calendar
• Shared day-off alerts
• Photos on your calendar
• All customization packs

crewcrew Plus Pilot
• Everything in Plus, with 30 ad-free reads every 30 days
• Logbook formats and certificates without limits
• Import past flight logs: up to 30 every 30 days
• Currency expiry alerts before your 90-day landings run out

SUBSCRIPTIONS
• crewcrew Plus: $2.99 per month or $24.99 per year
• crewcrew Plus Pilot: $5.99 per month or $49.99 per year
• Single certificate: $0.99, one-time purchase
Prices vary by country and are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same length and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

**Developer response:**

**Developer response:**

**Developer response:**
