## What is CrewDoc?

The job's done. Prove it.

CrewDoc is for service pros — junk removal, cleanouts, landscaping, painting, roofing — who keep getting the same call: "your crew broke this," "you never finished that," "I'm not paying until I see it." The answer is a dated, placed, before-and-after photo record, generated as a professional PDF and in the customer's inbox before you've left the site.

CAPTURE PROOF, NOT JUST PHOTOS
• Shoot before/after photos that are stamped with the time and GPS location automatically
• Photos are labeled BEFORE and AFTER as you shoot — no sorting a camera roll at 9pm
• Import photos you already took; CrewDoc keeps the photo's original time and location instead of pretending it was taken today
• Works fully offline — photos save to the phone instantly and upload when you have signal

ONE TAP FROM PHOTOS TO PAID
• Generate a clean PDF report pairing every before with its after
• Add your logo, brand color, and footer (Pro) — it's your document, not ours
• Share by text or email straight from the job screen
• The job list tells you what's owed: "Needs report," "Send report," "Report sent"

YOUR WHOLE CREW, ONE JOB LIST (PRO)
• Up to 3 people share one account with a simple invite code — no emails, no per-seat fees
• Everyone's photos land on the same job, backed up to CrewDoc's servers
• A helper's phone dies or walks off? The photos are already safe

THE DETAILS THAT HOLD UP
• Every photo keeps its capture time and coordinates; imported photos are marked as imported — a record you can stand behind is the whole point
• Job checklists so nothing gets skipped
• Record customer walkthroughs; CrewDoc transcribes them on your phone (and on iPhones with Apple Intelligence, summarizes them to bullet points)
• A map of every job you've documented
