Response from developer

Hey healed_discharge - Simon here, founder at CrewLAB. Sorry we let you down. "Glitchy" is the kind of thing we want to actually fix, not brush past. Version 11.14.0 shipped over the weekend, and we've pushed several stability updates and upgrades since you had your issue(10.13.0 fixed a Garmin sync timeout, Journal check-ins now load properly in the club space). If you're still seeing issues, can you email support@crewlab.io with what's happening and which screen? We read everything and will reply more quickly. We'd like to earn back the stars, so hopefully the app is working well for you now.

never loads

yeah the apps ok but literally whenever i try to open it it NEVER loads. I will open it and it will be a blank screen with a circle spinning forever and ever until i close out the app and hope i get lucky. Please fix this cause im not the only one either. Everyone on my team has the same issue jts so annoying😩😩😩😩

Response from developer

Hey meowtinklefartmilk, Simon here, CrewLAB founder. You weren't imagining it, and it wasn't user error. Very large teams all logging in at the same time were hitting a load issue that showed up exactly like you described; blank screen, spinner forever. Good news is it's fixed. We've shipped a lot of reliability and performance work since v10.15.1. Including large-event performance improvements and a batch of stability fixes and upgrades around your issue. It should load cleanly for you and your team now. :-) Sorry for the frustration this caused you and the team.

Fantastic team management app

This is a great tool for connecting with my teams. I love how easy it is to sign up for practice, and get positive feedback from my teammates whenever I finish a workout
