## What is Crewly Pro?

Crewly - Pro is the app for professionals to find shifts, apply in a tap, and get paid the full award rate — no agency taking a cut.

Browse shifts posted by workplaces near you, see the pay before you apply, and pick the work that fits your schedule. When the shift's done, clock out and get paid — at the Fair Work award rate, including penalty rates for nights, weekends and public holidays.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Find shifts that fit — browse available shifts matched to your role, skills and availability, with the pay rate shown up front.
• Apply in a tap — claim or apply for a shift in seconds.
• Know your pay — see the hourly rate and how nights, weekends and public holidays add up before you commit.
• Clock in and out — record your hours in the app; your timesheet flows straight to the workplace.
• Get paid fairly — earn the full award rate, not an agency-reduced rate, with automatic weekly invoicing.
• Set up payouts — get paid straight to your account.
• Upload once, get verified — add your qualifications, registrations and checks, and get verified to start working.
• Track everything — upcoming shifts, earnings and history in one place.
• Stay in the loop — real-time notifications for new matching shifts, application updates and payments.

WHY CREWLY
• Keep more of the rate — you're paid the award rate directly; no agency margin is taken out of your pay.
• Work on your terms — choose the shifts, places and hours that suit you.
• Fair, transparent pay — see exactly what you'll earn, including penalties, before you apply.

Crewly - Pro is for professionals looking for shifts. Workplaces that need to fill shifts should download Crewly - FM instead.

An account is required. You'll need to complete your profile and be verified before you can apply for shifts.
