## What is crewmuster?

crewmuster is scheduling, availability, and tasks for businesses that run on hourly crews — one location or twenty. Managers build the week on a fast grid, crew claim and swap open shifts from their phones, and opening and closing checklists land on the right person on the right day.

BUILD THE WEEK ON A FAST GRID • Tap to assign shifts, and watch labor cost add up as you go. • Get a plain warning the moment a shift has no lead on the floor. • One tap suggests a full week from everyone's availability, target hours, and your staffing needs — you review, then publish. Nothing goes out until you say so.

WHO'S ON, ACROSS EVERY LOCATION • Today's muster shows who's working right now, across all your stores, on one screen. • Availability is set once per person and follows them everywhere they work. • Someone booked at another store can't be double-booked here.

COVER THE SHIFT WITHOUT THE GROUP CHAT • Post an open shift and the first eligible crew member claims it. • Crew swap directly with each other; overlaps are blocked automatically and the manager stays in the loop.

CHECKLISTS THAT LAND ON THE RIGHT PERSON • Opening, closing, weekly, and prep checklists show up for the right person on the right day. • Reminders before they're due, and a note to managers when they're not. • Shared tasks let anyone on shift pick up the slack; managers watch it all on a live board.

A BOARD FOR THE BACK OF HOUSE • Stand a tablet in the back and the whole shift sees today's tasks on one board — it pairs with a code, no email inbox needed. • Turn on the PIN time clock and crew clock in and out with four digits; managers get clean timesheets to hand to payroll.

EVERYONE KNOWS WHEN IT CHANGES • Push and email for new schedules, open shifts, swaps, and tasks. • Crew subscribe their shifts to Apple, Google, or Outlook Calendar.
