## What is CrewSheets?

CrewSheets is the field app for your company's crews. Build daily timesheets with crew hours by job and task, collect signatures, and submit from the jobsite — even offline; everything syncs when you're back in coverage. Supervisors review and approve sheets, and reports show hours and activity across jobs.

CrewSheets requires an account provided by your employer.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.9.1 — 2026-10-03

NEW
- Delay time on timesheets, with delay hours shown apart from work hours.
- Equipment hours: Quantity × Hours (or Days) with totals.
- Yard sheets for material going out and coming back.
- Sync now from Control Center, the Lock Screen, Siri or Shortcuts.
- Home shows timesheets sent back to you and anything still waiting to send.
- Use Siri, Shortcuts or Control Center to sync with one tap.

IMPROVED
- More reliable sending, including for a short time after you leave the app.
- Smoother swipe-back between timesheet steps.

FIXED
- An iPad crash and sharper iOS 26 signatures.

### 1.8.0 — 2026-09-18

Signature fix for iPad: signing a timesheet on an iPad no longer fails with "nothing to save" on larger or denser signatures.

Also in 1.8.0:
- Home matches the web dashboard: tiles and recent-activity rows open the matching screen
- More is its own page
- Larger text sizes fit on every screen (Dynamic Type)
- Native iOS 26 look with consistent buttons, pills and cards throughout
- Approvals: signature and verdict pickers use the same controls everywhere
- "Update available" opens the CrewSheets App Store page directly

### 1.7.0 — 2026-09-17
