## What is CrewTrack?

CrewTrack is a simple, reliable time clock and job-site coordination app for small field crews, built for construction, siding, landscaping, and other on-site teams.

Workers clock in when a shift starts and clock out when it ends. On iPhone and iPad, CrewTrack records location only while the app is open and in use, for point-in-time clock-in and clock-out job-site context. CrewTrack never records location off shift.

FOR WORKERS
• One-tap clock in / clock out
• See your own hours, daily and weekly
• Snap before / progress / after job-site photos
• "My tracked data" screen to see exactly what's recorded
• Clear in-app notice before workplace monitoring begins

FOR MANAGERS / CREW LEADS
• View crew status and job-site context
• Running daily and weekly hour totals per worker, plus a crew-wide total

PRIVACY YOU CAN TRUST
• Location is collected only while a worker is clocked in and using the app on iPhone/iPad
• No off-shift location collection
• Every worker acknowledges a monitoring notice before location collection can begin
• Data is encrypted in transit and isolated per organization

HOW IT WORKS
A business owner creates a company account and invites workers, who sign in by phone. Get started with a small crew; to add more than three workers, email crewtrack1@gmail.com to set up additional seats.
