However, the free version is cluttered with intrusive ads that can ruin the user experience. ### 2/5 — Bugs *2025-12-14* In iPhone : I am very disappointed with bugs that I am seeing. Sometimes the name of players does not appear, instead it shows dash (-). I was seeing the Rankings. Virat Kohli name was appearing repeatedly, even in the women’s rankings. This creates lots of frustration and bad experience. I also raised issue of landscape view in OPPO Pad Air. That update has not come until now. Moreover, pinned tab is a basic feature that even google provides free, I think this feature must be free in Crex also. **Developer response:** Sorry to hear about your experience, we would like to investigate the issues further. Became the worse of all Live lines. Everytime I touch my finger, an ad pops up. I know you want to push the user towards premium version but if your free version ruins their experience, they will run towards your competition which still providing great service instead of your premium version. Also, your premium is very expensive. I tried to stay as king as possible but your app totally became un-usable and annoying over time. so it's a bye bye for me. I have been using this app since last 4 or 5 years and had great experience but now this is just annoying. The ball-by-ball live score is not updating automatically.
