### 2/5 — Is there a list view? Map view is worthless on a 13” m5 iPad Pro

*2026-08-03, version 5.3.0*

Map view results are horrible. If you start with a wide view – say a chunk of Texas. Your search results are grouped into bubbles, with a number label showing how many results are in that bubble. As you zoom in to a specific bubble, it breaks apart into other bubbles. As they break apart, they often are no longer on your screen, moving to find them refreshes the search bringing more chaos on the screen… but the worst is when you get a bubble of 1.

If you have a single result, you see a bubble on the map with the number 1 on it. Rather than give the result, clicking on the bubble just zooms in. You do this up to SIX times as the bubble jumps all around just to actually get the property listing. And in those last couple clicks, the bubble might jump off your screen.
The app (or browser) knows all your device’s info including your screen resolution and the area of the displayed map, along with the location of the results. There is no reason for this behavior. LoopNet, Realtor.com, and Zillow don’t have this problem.
The developers obviously used a PC and maybe a couple mobile devices, but it is clear that there’s no effort into QA.

This app shows CREXI doesn’t understand location information. I certainly have zero trust in anything of their paid services when this is what their foundation is. Location accuracy in real estate is just a bit important.

On a desktop browser this isn’t as big of an issue because you can easily swap into list view, however, I cannot find how to do that on and a mobile app. I have an M5 iPad Pro 13 inch a M3 iPad Pro 11 inch and iPad Air iPhone 13 Pro and an android pixel 13 Pro XL. All of these devices are frustrating to use.

Why this is so frustrating is CREXI has the best filtering, the best commercial data, just the best of everything. It’s too bad they make it a challenge to use.

The only use is looking at properties I previously saved / favorites.

### 3/5 — Buggy

*2026-08-02, version 5.3.0*

The app is very buggy. Trying to make changes to account settings or to a listing are almost impossible as the app will randomly close the page in the middle of making the changes, losing all the work you just did.

### 3/5 — Need to fix filters

*2026-04-26, version 5.0.0*

This version broke the filters. When I set my filters, the tool drops the number items that match but when I go bake to the map view it show every property type.

### 1/5 — Not good for ipad

*2026-03-02, version 4.5.5*

The app on iOS is unusable. I am unable to set filters because no keybpard appears when one wants to type something.

### 1/5 — App is Non Responsive

*2026-02-26, version 4.5.5*

Tried on several devices to sign up and nothing. I applied all information and it freezes. I can’t give an honest rating lol I couldn’t even get passed the registration.

### 3/5 — Flyers

*2026-02-16, version 4.5.5*

For some reason, I can’t save down or send a flyer to clients. I have to resort to screenshots

### 1/5 — Like using the 1999 internet

*2026-02-08, version 4.5.5*

Not user friendly at all.

### 1/5 — Broken- Poor Design

*2026-01-19, version 4.5.5*

The developers put the chat button over the save listing info button so you are unable to make any adjustments on mobile.

### 1/5 — Latest update app

*2025-12-12, version 4.5.4*

Latest update app crash and closes right after opening

### 1/5 — Broken

*2025-12-12, version 4.5.4*

The update ruined the app. Won’t open at all. Sometimes simple is better.

### 1/5 — Stopped working after last update

*2025-12-11, version 4.5.4*

Stopped working after last update

### 1/5 — Won’t open

*2025-12-11, version 4.5.4*

App won’t even open

### 1/5 — December crash 2025

*2025-12-10, version 4.5.4*

Your new update today keeps crashing the app

### 2/5 — Saved Properties

*2025-12-02, version 4.5.3*

The developers need to update the app to include the saved properties from the desktop to carry over to the app.

### 1/5 — Recent Updates Totally Ruined App

*2025-11-24, version 4.5.3*

It was a good app, arguably better than Loopnet, but the most recent updates during fall 2025 totally destroyed the app. Sometimes it’s best to keep things simple rather than try to be too smart.

### 1/5 — Opens other listings and not what you tap.

*2025-10-26, version 4.5.2*

Opens other listings and not what you tap on.

### 1/5 — App super glitchy and frustrating

*2025-10-24, version 4.5.2*

The UI looks cool but that’s about it. Saving properties doesn’t bring up all the properties that you had saved. Similar properties shown at the end of a listing doesn’t open sometimes and you cannot save them in spite of having an option shown to save. Please work on improving the functionality. Check out Zillow other listing services and try to do at least half of what they are doing.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — It literally doesn’t work.

*2026-07-05, version 5.1.5*

I’m using the mobile app on my iPad mini, I have more than enough space so it’s not a matter of not being able to load properly. I tap on Location as I normally do when I’m in the browser on the exact same tablet that I’m using the app on instead of it opening anything at all about the location it’s simply highlights it nothing else. This app literally does not a single thing. Besides, show me a map with locations. If I’m doing something wrong, please let me know! I would love to amend my review here, because.(in browsers) this is my absolute favorite site for searching.

### 1/5 — Almost unusable

*2026-07-04, version 5.1.5*

Go to Har.com and see how a real estate app should function

### 1/5 — Really want to love this app

*2026-06-19, version 5.1.3*

I really wanna love this app, but the filtering just doesn’t work. . On the website on the app totally sucks. Please fix this five stars if you do, for now one…

### 1/5 — Very hard to use.

*2026-06-12, version 5.1.2*

Very hard to use. The Map doesn’t work. Desktop version is much better than this App

### 1/5 — Lots of delay and lag always

*2026-05-21, version 5.0.0*

The app is not the best. For something as “sophisticated” as CRE, this app is definitely behind in the market. The delays are enough for me to not even want to use it because it can’t even perform the purpose of why it exists!

### 1/5 — Bugs and undisclosed

*2026-05-18, version 5.0.0*

So many frustrating bugs when trying to scroll through listings. There needs to be a way to filter out $UD properties… I don’t need to do the broker’s job for them.

### 1/5 — Can’t load any properties

*2026-05-07, version 5.0.0*

Just downloaded it

### 1/5 — Dear Crexi

*2026-04-26, version 5.0.0*

For the love of God, add a filter to “unpriced” listings because scrolling through over 1000 unpriced listings just to get to be able to use the sort options is ******* ridiculous.

### 1/5 — Listings ok UI abysmal

*2026-04-19, version 5.0.0*

This UI is so unbelievably awful that it’s actually less frustrating just to drive around your city and take photos of for sale signs.

### 1/5 — Not useful for Brokers

*2026-04-10, version 5.0.0*

This app is a mess. Impossible to log in to if you use Google Login on the desktop

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Exceptional listing service

*2025-12-26, version 4.5.5*

Had the opportunity to be in commercial real estate for 37 years and this is by far the best tool we’ve been given

### 5/5 — Commercial real estate

*2025-12-23, version 4.5.5*

Great public facing site ! All the best listings are on Crexi !

### 5/5 — My review

*2025-11-28, version 4.5.3*

Better than LoopNet

### 5/5 — Best realty App

*2025-07-26, version 4.4.0*

I’ve only been on the app a short time, but in that time I was always left feeling like I wanted to know more. So I submitted a request find out more about the premium and had a zoom the same day, Clayton set up the time and Shar’s presentation was beyond awesome. All the things Crexi does in seconds that I would spend hours researching… 1000% worth every penny! Kudos to both Shar and Clayton for getting me signed up so quickly 🙌🏼

### 5/5 — Official app

*2024-10-25, version 4.1.14*

Has all locations for the area you desire and the empty spaces are on point. Easy to contact people and is a simple to use app . I give it 3 thumbs up ! ☝️

### 5/5 — Crexi Is An Awesome Tool For CRE Brokers

*2024-07-14, version 4.1.4*

Really like Crexi’s tech forward platform. Great site for any commercial real estate brokers.

### 5/5 — 😎🥸🤓

*2023-05-21, version 2.0.29*

Money maker

### 5/5 — Beta quality product, unfortunately

*2023-01-18, version 2.0.14*

Just switched from laptop to iOS app. It’s terrible!!! Either it crashes or I get stuck in property screen. 7-10 crashes in my first hour of use.

I thought app would be more productive…

I hoped, I could download an update, but there is none.

Pleas fix asap.

### 5/5 — Much better!

*2022-04-25*

Great work on the past updates, you guys added everything I suggested in my initial review. Just one more thing, have the saved search emails open through the app rather than the web browser. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Please make the above suggestion happen!
I'd love to use the app on my phone more, but the only time I need it is when I check my saved search emails, and those emails redirect to the Safari browser rather than the Crexi app.

**Developer response:** Hi there! This is great feedback--you're exactly right, we launched the app with only the initial features for searching listings and contacting brokers, so right now it's definitely missing out on some of the tools on crexi.com. We're working to release new tools every week to make sure the app experience grows and improves. We'd love to get more of your input about what else you'd like to see added to the app next--if you'd like to email mobileapp@crexi.com, we'll reach out to you to schedule a call about your ideas! Thanks again for taking the time to review--your feedback helps us get better!

### 5/5 — Quality App

*2021-10-07*

Wow this app is quite impressive.

Very organized, get easy access to info you need about each property and there is a calculator tool. Like come on. This is next level dude

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! We love hearing that you enjoy our app.
