What's new
- Funnel board. Move leads across your pipeline stages right from your phone — swipe a card to reveal Move, with per-stage automation counts at a glance.
- People, redesigned. The Contacts screen is now People: filter by role (Lead, Member, Moderator, Employee, Owner), swipe between role tabs, and scroll continuously through large lists.
- Member Detail. Tap anyone to open a full profile — overview, notes, tasks, timeline, events, bookings, sequences, surveys, referrals, videos and training in one place. Add notes and tasks, change a lead's stage, or demote a member to a lead.
- Bookings. A new screen for your upcoming appointments.

Fixes
- Events now load reliably again (some communities were seeing "Couldn't load events").
- Event details match the web: correct Virtual / In-Person labels, a proper start–end time range in the event's timezone, and a clear "You're hosting this event" card for hosts.
- RSVP failures now show a message instead of silently reverting; the "Can't Go" option is now "Not Going".
- Fixed the People and member screens spinning forever for some existing accounts.
- Fixed avatars occasionally getting stuck on initials after a slow image load.
- Fixed odd "NaN" and duplicate-bubble glitches in chat and timestamps.
- Your draft is kept if a comment, post, note, or task fails to send.
- Removed a misleading daily chat counter.
- More reliable login, and the app recovers gracefully instead of crashing if saved session data is corrupted.

Improvements
- Going offline now shows a banner overlay instead of blanking the screen.
- Privacy: personal data is now scrubbed from internal crash diagnostics.
- Snappier scrolling across lists, correct Android notification behavior, and broad visual polish.

What's new

Richer training lessons. Lessons now display inline videos, images, tables, multi-column layouts, collapsible sections, code blocks, and more — so lesson content looks the way it was written.
Try beta updates. A new "Use beta updates" toggle in App Updates lets you opt into upcoming features early, and switch back to the stable version anytime — no reinstall.
Offline screen. When you lose your connection, the app now shows a clear offline state with a Retry button instead of a blank or broken screen.

Improvements

Refreshed typography. The app now uses your device's native system font, respects your system text-size setting for better readability and accessibility, and renders text consistently across every screen.
More readable content. Posts and lesson text now use a unified, comfortable reading size.
Faster launch, smaller app. Removed bundled custom fonts, so the app opens immediately without waiting to load them.

Fixes

Lesson and rich-text content no longer appears too small.
Fixed heading styles in chat and assistant messages.
Playing several videos in a single lesson no longer fails partway through.

What's new
Take surveys without leaving the app. Tap a survey from a lesson and answer it natively — one question per page, with a clean progress bar and a thank-you screen at the end.
Pick up surveys where you left off. In-progress answers are saved as you go, and surveys you've already submitted now open in a read-only view so you can revisit your responses.
Mention people in posts and comments. Type @ to search members and tag them — tagged people get notified, and every mention is tappable and opens that member's profile.
Edit and delete your own posts. A new actions menu lets you fix a typo or remove a post you made.
Pin important posts. Admins can pin a post to the top of the feed, marked with a "Pinned" badge.
Tappable links everywhere. URLs in posts, comments, lessons, and event descriptions are now clickable — including plain domains like crib.com and www. links.
Better-organized courses. Lessons are now grouped by module, the course card shows how many modules it has, and finished lessons are marked with a green check.

Fixes
Event descriptions now show properly formatted text instead of raw code.
Links typed or pasted into lesson content no longer disappear — they render and open correctly.
Survey links that include a community name now open the right survey.
Fixed a crash that could happen when a survey had a numeric rating answer.
Corrected the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service links.

Improvements
Richer text in lessons and surveys — underline, strikethrough, and inline links now display the way they were written.

• Tap a community post link from email or notifications to jump straight into the post — your account switches automatically if needed.
• Scan a Crib QR code on your phone, and it opens right in the app when installed; new universal-link handling makes magic-login smoother and won't re-trigger if you're already signed in.

• Redesigned Me tab. Your profile is now front and center with engagement, activity, and course progress. Switch between communities from the top-left and tap the gear icon for the new Settings.
• New Settings area with quick access to Notifications, Security, App updates, About, and Contact support — plus a sign-out button right in the header.
• Notification preferences. Manage email and push notifications per community: lead signups, daily digest, events, bookings, mentions, likes, marketing updates, and more.
• Security settings. Change your password, manage two-factor authentication, or delete your account from a new Security page.
• Change password directly from Security with inline validation and show/hide toggles.
• In-app updates. The app now downloads improvements in the background and shows a tap-to-restart banner when one is ready. A new App updates page surfaces version, build, and status info.
• Update prompts. A "new version available" banner appears when there's a fresh App Store release, and a blocking screen will gate the app for required updates.
• Contact support. Start a chat thread pre-populated with context for the team from the new Contact support page.
• About Crib CRM. Quick reference page with app version and product info.
