I have reported it numerously but I have not been refunded for for more than 10% of the incidences. I have provided sufficient screen shot proof but they said unless I can provide the replay video, it does not suffice. This is because not every game gets recorded and has a replay option to submit with each claim/incident. 9 out of 10 times I get an auto response when I try to contact support. For all the $10-20 games I’ve played that were not refunded, the only justification I’ve been given is that they are trying to improve their replay technology. Also, when depositing money to receive bonus cash-you will never really get to benefit from the bonus cash. What I mean is if you withdraw anything, the bonus cash gets forfeited. When you okay games the bonus cash balances goes down, but it goes back up when you win. It seems that you can only fully use your bonus cash if you lose everything from your balance. For example, I deposited $100 and received $30 bonus cash-during the day I played more than $200 worth in cash games-I checked my bonus cash balance and it was still at $21 when just 5 minutes prior it was at $18 (when one of my matches were still pending). It’s pretty rigged. I’m writing this review because I have tried nonstop to get refunds for past games or a justifiable explanation from anyone but support has a great friendly way avoiding all questions. ### 1/5 — Don’t play for cash *2019-10-18, version 1.07* The fair play algorithm that forces you to only be able to play opponents of equal skill level mixed with their enormous 20% rake make it impossible to actually win anything. As far as being a fun game, for sure, but don’t ever expect to make money at it. I’m a pretty good player (40 plus years) and I win quite a bit even against equal level players but I would have to win at least 70% of the games to see adjust a small percentage of profit. Anything less and you’re actually losing. Even though I’m about 55-60% win rate, I still lose thanks to the rake. What would make this a better game is to remove the fair play algorithm so we can just play any player available. That way good players will be rewarded for good play. Poor players would have to better their game to be winners, of course this is the day in which we live where everyone gets a ribbon. To add to this, just had a major glitch where I scored a perfect game and killed it. Should have come close to my high score of over 9175 points and iffy calculated it but as soon as pressed next It scored me at just under 8000. I know for a fact I scored over 9000 and it gave me a loss. I wonder how many times it’s done that to me when I’ve had backed up games , sometimes 10 games waiting for opponent. I wake up the next morning and I’ve got 8 losses out of 10. Somethings messed up on this game. ### 1/5 — WARNING! *2019-10-11, version 1.07* Do NOT play for real money!!! They use an algorithm that only matches you to players of a similar skill level. That “sounds” reasonable, but they charge an exorbitant rake of 20%, which means your break even winning percentage is 60%. In other words, you must win 6 of every 10 games just to break even. I have played 2,000 real money games and have a win percentage of 57.1%, therefore my opponents have a winning percentage of 42.9%. It cost me $1,200 in entry fees to play those 2,000 games and I won $1,142, so I’m down $58. My opponents have also paid $1,200 for those 2,000 games and have won $858, so they are down $342. To further illustrate my point, in my past 100 matches, I have played the same 2 players 64 times. If you include the top 5 opponents, I played them 93 out of 100 games. To put that in context, there are over 250 active players, yet I’m forced to play the same 5 players over and over again. They claim to take fairness seriously but their algorithm guarantees that EVERYBODY loses, some just more slowly than others. That being said, the gameplay is incredible and if they ditched their flawed philosophy on FairPlay, then it would easily be the best game in the App Store. ### 2/5 — Good game, system leaves a lot to be desired *2025-03-10, version 1.21* Would like to see higher stakes games, more variety in match types (large tournaments, etc) and matchmaking against more individuals. 90+% of my matches are against the same person while there are hundreds of players on the leaderboards. Also disappointing to have seen the leaderboard bonuses and ticketz rates decreases over the last year or 2. ### 2/5 — Don’t use real money *2023-10-16, version 1.19* The games are fun but don’t use real money unless you are prepared to give it away for up to 7 days. The system defaults to “searching for opponent” - then plays the game but holds the money. It’s a good business model for OPM, but a bit frustrating that you don’t get paid out. ### 2/5 — Explain the muggins!! *2020-04-27, version 1.11* Penalizing the player for not counting all points is one thing, but at least show us what we missed. It doesn’t highlight the missed points long enough to scan the lit up cards. How can we improve when we don’t know what we’re messing up?? ### 2/5 — Good game but sketchy! *2020-01-16, version 1.09* The game is fun, it actually is well designed to show your cribbage skills. I’ve been playing a very long time, was taught to play Cribbage at a young age, I would say I am a very good crib player, others would likely agree. Here is the issue with this game, the fair play algorithm is a joke, if your constantly playing players of equal skill you can’t actually win you would need to win 75% of your games to earn a small profit because of the rake...the time bonus is ridiculous, a player who takes their time plays carefully and precisely gets a perfect game but you you get beat because the player who rushed finished faster...I haven’t played for money and I don’t think I will, I also has a suspicion of Bots, seems like something fishy here, 70% of the time I play their is no opponent so I play and wait for an opponent, 90% losses when this happens but if I wait for an opponent I’m 80% or more win...something just isn’t adding up. I will continue to play for free but not pay. Maybe if they get rid of the fair play algorithm and lower the rake so that good players can earn a profit I may consider it but at this point it’s a house always wins game. ### 2/5 — Somethings amiss *2019-11-08, version 1.08* Makes no sense that im in the top 3 and the other top 5 players, ive never played once yet while im sitting there with 15 games waiting for opponents, the top 5 players are pointing up large but none of them are playing against me. What makes this even more fishy is that this game puts equal skilled players against you. Well if im in the top 3 shouldnt i be playing the top 5 at least? Makes no sense. ### 2/5 — Fun but needs work *2019-07-17* There have been multiple times where I’ve watched the replay on matches and found the opponents clock would start 3 seconds after mine. Support has always refunded the buy in but that’s not my point. Fix it. It’s rigged otherwise. One day I can make mistakes and not lose a match. Next day I can play perfect and get beat by 3 points on every match. There are other bugs in this game too Updated. Proved this point on a new account. Yesterday I couldn’t lose a match. Climbed to 5th on leaderboard. Today, I cannot win a match. No matter what 1, 10,50 or 100 zcoins. Cannot win. I’ll get to 9168 which is an excellent game. Just to get beat by 9172. Every match is like this. It’s rigged. No doubt about it Why I can’t replay zcoin buy ins is beyond me. Something in the backend rigging it up There are games I lose by 1500 points. I’ve played this game for 40 years. There is no way I’m throwing my crib cards and pegging that much off to lose by that amount. Impossible. And it’s not a speed thing cause I average roughly 3:30 left in game. Without being able to see the replay I’m convinced it’s rigged. Sorry Cool suggestion: Leaderboard for highest ever scores.
