This algorithm chats customers consistently.

It reorders payments to minimise payouts (does not correlate with my bank statement). 

It fails to recognise many stores - Pret, Soho, Oliver Bonas, Flying Tiger etc.

I’ve given detailed feedback to Cribbs.

It does NOT operated in accordance with their written terms and conditions.

Do NOT sell your data cheap.  If they take this little care with their app imagine how secure your data is?

This app does not work. It doesn’t allow me to log in, I have tried multiple times over the course of two years even seeking help from their support site and it doesn’t work. I never leave bad reviews but I would love for this app to be better as someone who works in Cribbs this app would be super helpful.

Useless app, won’t let me link my card as FD is not listed in popular banks. Despite banks like Monzo being on the list. Emailed support  but just got an undeliverable message.

80% of the app is exactly the same as the Cribbs website. The reason I downloaded the app was for the loyalty program, however the partner they have used for this process is a company who aren’t even regulated within the UK using invalid certificates to link your bank account - sketchy at best.

1st, notifications. Why do I have 6 notifications showing on the App icon and zero notifications anywhere in the App? Really irritating. 2nd, who is actually using this at the mall? There is very little information shared e.g. Waterstones had a famous author doing signings last weekend and no mention of it anywhere in the app. 
All in all it seems a bit pointless, aside from the £5 voucher for spending £100.
