### 4/5 — Feature Request: 3 Crucial updates for platform Fairness

*2026-08-19*

I love the app, but my emails to support have gone unanswered. Please share these 3 structured suggestions with your core Product/Feature Team:

1. “Weekend Player” Award: Working professionals only play Saturdays/Sundays. They cannot statistically compete with daily players. A separate "Weekend Player" recognition category based on weekend match data would motivate corporate players without affecting daily regulars.

2. Mandatory Match Fee Status: Lock individual player stats/highlights for a match until their match fee is marked as paid and verified by the captain. This creates transparent accounting and stops payment delays before the game even begins.

3. Payment Dispute Mechanism: If a personal dispute happens and a captain falsely marks a player as unpaid, the player needs a “Dispute Payment” button to upload UPI/transaction screenshots. CricHeroes should verify this independently. To stop misuse:
- Valid player claim: Warning to captain, then a 2-month account suspension for repeat offenses.
- Fraudulent player claim: Warning to player, then a 2-month suspension.

Please implement these to protect genuine players from captain bias!

### 3/5 — Profile Pic Display Issue

*2026-07-11, version 26.7.1*

When I click on the profile pic while checking the scorecard, the pic doesn’t display, most of the top part of it gets cut off. It would help if this can be fixed.

### 3/5 — Please Improv Your Reward System Staf

I’m One Professional Commentator Since Three Years So I Observe To Please make sure which person is Right To Deserve Reward..!
From Your Poor Staff Work Every Month I See Some Fake Persons Like Fake Umpire,Fake Commentator And Fake Scorer Taking This All Rewards..!

### 2/5 — Very poor User Experience

*2026-06-14, version 26.6.1*

App is good but it is mainly motived towards pro subscription services. Search is also not quality as the options are not good. Filters working on own but not showing result so only way to see tournaments or teams or players is via search.
I understand earning is possible only via ads or subscription but the user experience matters too.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not giving any importance to shorter format bowlers

*2026-08-29, version 26.8.2*

Dear CricHeroes Team,
I would like to request a review of the way bowler badges/tags are calculated for short-format tennis-ball cricket, especially matches of 8 overs or fewer.

I feel that the current system does not fully recognise the impact of bowlers in these very short formats.

In an 8-over-or-shorter match, a bowler generally gets only 1 or 2 overs. That means every over is extremely important, and taking a wicket in such a short spell can have a much greater impact on the result than it might appear from the overall statistics.

I have personally taken more than 100 wickets in this format, while averaging close to one wicket per over. My economy rate is also below 7.5, which I believe is a very strong performance in such a high-pressure, short-format environment. There are also very few bowlers who perform better than this consistently.

Therefore, I am surprised that performances of this kind are still classified only as “Aspirant,” the lowest bowler badge.

I completely understand the need for statistical calculations and comparisons. However, I request CricHeroes to consider whether the current model gives enough weight to:

Wickets per over or wickets per spell
Bowling strike rate
Economy rate relative to the short-format environment
Dot-ball percentage
Impact of taking wickets when a bowler has only 1–2 overs available
Separate benchmarks for 6–8 over tennis-ball matches
Consistency across a significant number of matches
A bowler taking nearly one wicket every over while maintaining an economy below 7.5 in an 8-over format is making a significant contribution to the team. The shorter the match, the greater the importance of each individual over and wicket.
I would therefore request CricHeroes to review the calculation and classification of bowler badges for short-format tennis-ball cricket, and consider creating format-specific benchmarks rather than comparing these performances with longer-format bowling.

I believe this would make the badges more meaningful and accurately recognise bowlers who are having a major impact in grassroots short-format cricket.

Thank you for listening to the feedback, and I hope the CricHeroes team will consider reviewing this aspect of the player-rating system.

Regards,
Anoop Francis

### 1/5 — Stats not authentic

*2026-06-16, version 26.6.1*

Anyone can add you to your team/playing 11 without your consent and let other players play under your profile.
It’s ruins your personal stats.
I happened with my profile multiple times. Even after reporting it, I was told to contact the team captain.

### 1/5 — Can’t delete accounts

*2026-06-09, version 26.6.1*

Worst app ever. Not useful and when I try to delete my account, it does not allow me. Worst app

### 1/5 — Was Good , Now Bad.

*2026-06-02, version 26.5.6*

This app used to need premium for 1 or 2 things. Now it’s asking premium for everything. For people who don’t want to spend money on premium(like 75% of the people including myself) this app is basically score and see scorecard. You can’t even see the leaderboard or even points table. You can’t see your own stats. What’s the point now cricheroes devs of installing this app? If you guys are seeing this , just give us atleast 6 features or more, until then , bye.

### 1/5 — Full of popup ads and distractions

*2026-05-23*

Barely usable because of popups

**Developer response:** Dear User, we are sorry for the inconvenience. We want to give you better user experience. Could you give us the screenshots of Ads that disturb you most? You can MSG us at +918141665555.

### 1/5 — Barely any free resources

*2026-04-26, version 26.4.2*

i’ve really enjoyed using CricHeroes for tracking matches and stats, but making almost everything premium has honestly taken away a big part of the experience. the app was great because it was accessible and useful for everyone, but now even basic features feel locked. it would be great to see a better balance, where essential features remain free and premium adds value instead of limiting users. hoping the team reconsiders this direction because the app has so much potential.

### 1/5 — Support

*2026-03-24, version 26.3.3*

Worst support ever, they always says to contavt organiser and not even respond and help them out

### 1/5 — Not easy to navigate

*2026-03-08, version 11.7.6*

Not easy to navigate or see the live games

### 1/5 — Worst scoring app ever

### 5/5 — Great Stats, But Partnerships Deserve More Attention

*2026-06-11*

CricHeroes is one of the best cricket scoring and statistics apps available. The scoring experience is smooth, match management is excellent, and the detailed player statistics make it very engaging
 for cricketers at all levels.

One feature I would love to see added is a “Most 100+ Run Partnerships” statistic. It would be great if the app could track:

* Total number of 100+ run partnerships by a player.
* How many players associated with hundred partnership with that batsman
* A leaderboard for players with the most century partnerships.
* Partnership-wise records and milestones.

It should be included in badges

Cricket matches are often won through strong partnerships, not just individual performances. Highlighting batting partnerships would provide deeper insights into team contributions and recognize players who consistently build match-winning stands together.

Overall, CricHeroes is an amazing platform, and this addition would make the statistics section even more comprehensive and exciting.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your review! Please recommend our app to your friends, and don’t hesitate to shoot us a note at +918141665555 if you have any questions.

### 5/5 — CPL

*2026-06-06, version 26.5.6*

Best Scoring App

### 5/5 — Best service and top quality App

*2026-05-28, version 26.5.4*

I have been using the CricHeroes app for quite a long time now, and honestly it is one of the best cricket apps I have ever used. The app is absolutely brilliant for live scoring, player statistics, tournaments, team management, match history, and keeping cricket memories all in one place. Whether you are playing local league cricket, friendly matches, or tournaments, CricHeroes makes everything feel professional.

One of the things I really appreciate is how detailed the scoring system is. The live scoring updates are smooth, scorecards look professional, and player profiles help track performances properly over time. It gives local cricketers a real platform to showcase their talent and achievements.

What makes CricHeroes stand out even more is their amazing customer support team. In many apps, when you face issues like incorrect scoring, profile problems, duplicate profiles, matches not merging properly, or live score updates not showing correctly, it can take forever to get help. But with CricHeroes, the support team is genuinely one of the best I have experienced.

Whenever I contacted them regarding issues such as:
• Incorrect score updates
• Match stats not syncing properly
• Duplicate or separate player profiles
• Profile merge requests
• Live score correction issues
• Tournament data updates

their team always responded professionally, asked for the required information clearly, and usually resolved the problem within around 48 to 72 hours. They actually listen to users and make sure problems are fixed properly, which is something very rare nowadays.

The app keeps improving regularly, and you can clearly see the effort they put into making the experience better for every cricket lover. For anyone involved in cricket — players, scorers, captains, tournament organisers, or fans — I would definitely recommend CricHeroes without hesitation.

A fantastic app with excellent features and outstanding customer support. Easily one of the best cricket apps available today.
