The fact that I cannot use my Cricut heat press 3 without the app is super frustrating. Also the app is not working and doesn’t let you sign in or create an account. I have tried logging in for 3 days and contacted customer service and there is still no help. Yes my phone is up to date. ### 2/5 — Broken *2024-09-13* Used to work really nicely. Really disappointing ### 4/5 — Einrichtung klappte wunderbar *2024-05-05* Nach den ganzen negativen Rezessionen hatte ich bedenken, ob ich die Presse ebenfalls nicht nutzen kann und zurück schicken muss. Heute habe ich sie eingerichtet und das ganze hat inklusive Kontoerstellung keine Minute gedauert, das Einrichten der Presse an sich nur ein paar Sekunden. Anschließend habe ich die Tasche bedruckt, hier hätte ich mir ein Video genau mit der beiliegenden Vorlage gewünscht, da ich wegen der Folie verwirrt war. Hatte bedenken und deswegen vorsichtshalber Backpapier genutzt, aber das hätte man nicht gemusst. Die App hat ein paar Übersetzungsfehler, in den Anweisungen sind immer mal wieder falsche Wörter (Licht statt leicht) oder es stehen die englischen Wörter drin. ### 1/5 — Does not work in Safari *2024-03-23, version 1.1.2* Safari does not work with this app nor does it allow you to open it with google. ### 1/5 — Need Update!! The only solution they’ve come up with is wait for an app update or I have to purchase or borrow someone’s android device today my BRAND NEW EASY PRESS before I can use it for the first time. I just bought the hat press and I can’t even set it up, because the app won’t let me sign in. (The numbers and symbols don’t show up when I click to switch to those from text) Please fix! ### 1/5 — Does not work *2024-01-05* I purchased the easypress three, so I could use the app. The app does connect to the easy press three, however whenever I want to use it, it requires an update. The update never completes as it just keeps scrolling through, then stalls. I have spoken to cricut to try to get support, and mentioned I may take it back to Spotlight, and the sales person actually said they would do that if they were me. Pretty cranky though, that I bought during boxing day sales, and to take it back now will mean that I will not get the Boxing Day sale price on the easy press two. The press can be still used manually, but not the app with ios. ### 1/5 — App unusable *2024-01-04* Terrible app. Firmware will not update which makes this unusable from the app. I’m sure the extra cost was because it’s suppose to be Bluetooth capable but you have to manually apply your settings. The update takes forever and when it gets to the end of the update it fails. I’ve tried it on 2 devices, tried unplugging, and tried it on different days. If you are using a polyester hockey jersey (very expensive) then you need to know how long and what temperature etc to use.
