Please fix this bug! ### 2/5 — Poor (NO) customer support *2025-12-11, version 1.44* GET THOSE X RATED ADS OFF OF MY IPAD!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I sent a question and got an automatic reply saying that was the only reply I would get. My issue was not addressed at all. Told me to go to FAQ which I had already done and my question was not there. 😡😡😡😡😡 You now have another X RATED ad. On here. I have been playing Criminal Case for over 8 years but I will not tolerate such disrespect. ### 3/5 — Pizza package *2025-10-26* I love this game but I want to warn people not to buy the pizza package. The game advertises it as having 170 stars consistently; however, this is not true. You still have to buy packages (food). I still do not know how long it takes to re-up, but I used the initial stars and they still haven’t renewed-after 2 hours of waiting. I am not sure if that is be wise it is the free trial or not. One caveat-I do play the game quite a bit. I cannot even find out how long or what needs to be done for it to re-up. Just be aware of this if you purchase the pizza package. I don’t pay to complete anything early, and am content to pop in and out of the game to advance slowly. What does irritate me a great deal though is the recentish addition of a banner ad on the title screen for another game “by the creators of…” I paid for ad free. Which should mean ad FREE. Not add free except 25% of the title screen every time you log in. Hard time getting points to collect a stars. Hoping you just change the energy cost from 20 to 10. Or put a shop to trade coins for energy. I used to love this game, I play this especially when I’m bored but it makes me more bored cuz I have to wait for so long to have enough energy to play the game. Honestly the ads take the fun out of this and £7.99 to remove them I’m weary to click any options just in case I’m transported to a fake demo for 30 seconds a time just avoid unless you are willing to pay ### 1/5 — Veteran player shocked once again *2026-05-14* I have completed ALL chapters of Criminal Case at least once. The first six were completed on Facebook but your apps were horribly designed. Only the original app saved my progress, I had to start over in the others. It has been weird now for several weeks. The app shows I am not connected to Facebook but my progress is saved. I know that if I try to connect to Facebook and fail it will revert back to the first case and my progress will be lost. The issue just this week is network issues during the reward wheel. I have experienced issues with other game apps in terms of reward videos but the problem with your app is the network issues occur after the video but before I spin the wheel. I didn’t even get five spins tonight. It is absurd. I feel that the developers made this game a money pit with all the absurd and inappropriate ads. It became unplayable. If you don’t like the game, don’t download it and don’t play it. The choice is yours. So I decided to delete it and do other things with my time.
