### 2/5 — The rewards aren’t worth it

I used to be able to scan a barcode in the restaurant to earn rewards. They told me recently that you can’t do that anymore, and you can only earn rewards by ordering online. However, ordering the same thing in the app costs several more dollars in service charges, then ordering in the store, so the rewards are useless. Please bring back the ability to scan in the store to earn rewards for people who actually go in person. Great food by the way.

lowkey best chicken, kinda pricy but when you hungry this chicken gon make you feel ok about the price. Staff is always nice too

I use this app to get my food on my breaks and let me tell you everything is so good in this place it never disappoints especially the Long Beach location!

Crimson is the best chicken joint I’ve ever ate at. Walked in for the first time and the staff was so helpful. Told us all the do’s and don’ts but there’s nothing you don’t get. I ended up getting the chicken sandwich with lots of spice and loved it. Wish they’d come to utah!
