It still asks you to remove or substitute items, which defeats the purpose and adds unnecessary steps. The choices aren’t very clear and can feel overwhelming, with too many selections to go through. A simpler dropdown-style approach would make the experience much more user-friendly. ### 1/5 — Not opening account *2025-12-27, version 26* When the app opens it says enter your phone number but then says that number is already taken. Employees seem to know about problem so it seems like it’s happening to everyone ### 1/5 — Can’t Login Anymore *2025-12-20, version 26* I’m not sure what you did to the app, but it’s not good. I enter my username and password, only to get a prompt to enter my phone number. Bo problem, except the message “phone already taken” pops up. It’s basically the screen of death because there are no other actions that can be taken. Since, I can’t get to the menu to place an order, I’ll have to go to Sweetgreen instead… ### 1/5 — New Update locked me out of my account *2025-12-19, version 26* Not sure what happened, been liking the app. When trying to log in with the new update, it sends me on a repeated cycle asking for my phone number. Only problem is that when I put in my number, it says it’s already in use (of course, that’s my account that uses it). I love their salads, but it’s a pain that I can’t easily check on the ingredients listings or nutrition info within the app. This would help people with food allergies and restrictions. I’m in your core 20s-30s demographic, but thanks to gallbladder surgery, I get horribly sick if I eat over 20 grams of fat in one sitting. You don’t want to know the gross details. There are many people in the same boat, since gallbladder surgery is super common. People with IBS/IBD/Crohn’s could also use this info. Can’t you guys help me figure out if I’ll get sick or not, without me having to go back and forth to my web browser? It ruins the app ordering experience. I literally had 77¢ left to pay on a card and no matter what I did, it wouldn’t take most of the amount of the order from my gift card. But the app is useless! I’ve tried numerous time in numerous ways and once have they gotten my order write! It looks like it should work but it doesn’t. The BEST! *2026-07-13, version 27* This is my first time here., the Naperville location. I’m so happy to be able to go to a fast food place that is so HEALTHY, plus it tastes so delicious! The quality of the food is awesome, I had the feta believe itsalad, the chicken is very fresh and flavorful, All the topping are top notch. Nothing is dosed in salt either. Hands down the best! Atmosphere is very clean, open, big and bright, great vibes here! It’s my new favorite spot. I just wish there were more of them. Can you add one in St Charles, Illinois?? 😬 I also ordered the inner Beauty smoothie - definitely the best smoothie (with pea protein) I’ve ever had and it doesn’t taste sugary at all. If Icould give 10 stars, I would!
