If you have form letters that you have to send via e-mail, it's really simple to send it from your iPhone in 10 seconds. Talk about cutting down the workload. I wish I had this years ago. It's nice that it's integrated into the keyboard. HR professionals, Customer Service Reps, or even thank you letters. The only thing I don’t like is, the keyboard doesn’t seem to save anywhere externally. I wish there was a login or something where if I switch phones or wanted to share templates I could do it easier. I did a factory reset on my phone and now all of my templates are good. Unlike shortcuts in the ios keyboard, Crisp let's you use minor formatting, like spaces between lines, tabs, etc. I would love to see more ways to use Crisp. Specifically I would love it if I could put tables into Crisp templates. It would drastically simplify my current workflow. Another wish list item: I would love it to sync between my iPhone and my iPad. :). I can’t say how great it feels to find this app! I have spent HOURS of my life either re-writing sales emails or searching for a product like this that could provide response templates. The best part of this app is the connection to the keyboard. I found an app offering a similar service (not that great) but everything was run within the app. That is way too limiting for what I want to do. I set this up in a few minutes and it is already working perfectly. Definitely 5 stars for me because there really is nothing else like it. A couple of things I would like to see offered is the ability to attach files to the templates and embed working hyperlinks into the text. Which didn't always work. This freaking awesome app saved my life. ### 5/5 — Top networking app and more *2015-10-22, version 1.1.1* When I first heard about this app I was slightly skeptical about the applications I could use it for but I purchased it anyway. I am really happy that I did. Crisp is now an integral part of my networking follow up system to the connections I made at events. In addition to my networking flow I use it for email follow-ups to common questions I get from my Ecommerce sites. No more copy and paste emails from notepad! I simply reply to their email or create a new one from the Crisp app with the premade text templates that I had crafted. If you like time-saving apps, this will definitely get the job done. The value of this app far surpasses the cost. I downloaded it today and From what I can tell is that it doesn't crash, it is clean and it is easily activated in native keyboards so it's easy to send emails that I usually type again and again.
