GO THE EXTRA MILE (GTEM) is an online platform for multiple-choice questions (MCQ) in intensive care medicine. ORGANIZATION GTEM has over 2300 unique questions. These include MCQ (With single or multiple answers), True-False, and Matching the choices from two columns. The questions are organized in the form of TESTS. The tests from related topics are bundled together in the form of CHAPTERS. Several chapters are compiled to create an OMNIBUS. [For example, tests on CRRT, Electrolyte imbalance and acid-base abnormalities are clubbed to form the chapter on Renal Medicine. A compilation of chapters – e.g. Renal, Cardiology, ICU procedures, Monitoring, etc. make up an Omnibus). The passing mark for these tests is set at 70%. Upon passing the test, a certificate of completion will be emailed.
