## What is Crittercade?

CRITTERCADE is a pocket-sized arcade cabinet with a new star every month.

Hop forward across streets, bike lanes, and open water. Grab treats. Don't get flattened. See how far you get before the road wins.

A NEW CRITTER EVERY MONTH
The cabinet never changes. Who's in it does. July belongs to Jimothy, a Seattle raccoon with a short spine and a big heart, crossing a rainy downtown under the Space Needle. The archive holds Ada Lovelace, a long-haired grey cat running an old-town waterfront, and Drift, a nanobot loose inside a circuit board. Every critter brings a whole world with them: new skyline, new lanes, new scenery, new jokes.

HOW IT PLAYS
Swipe or tap to hop. Traffic doesn't brake for you. Water lanes want you to ride the logs. Get hit and you spend one of three bumps, get nudged back to safety, and keep going. Spend all three and the run is over.

THE RAINBOW
Treats come in four kinds. Collect one of every kind and the creeping edge behind you freezes for a breather, and a rainbow rises off your critter. Doubling back for the one type you're missing is a real decision — and treats spawn in live traffic on purpose.

PARTY MODE
For one minute of every hour, everywhere in the world at the same time, the whole game runs at double speed with confetti everywhere. The schedule isn't published. You either catch it or you don't.

SECRETS ON THE HORIZON
Every 40 meters unlocks something new on the skyline: a pink sky, a UFO, a sailboat, a bigfoot doing the backstroke. Pure decoration, and they show up on your share card.

BUILT FOR SHORT SESSIONS
Portrait. One thumb. A run is about ninety seconds. No accounts, no sign-in, no servers, nothing to log into. Play it on a plane.

REMOVE ADS
A single one-time purchase permanently removes interstitial ads. No subscriptions, no currency, no shop, nothing to grind.

Made with care by Archivium Labs.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-01

September belongs to Drift: the nanobot on loan from the Nanobot games, crossing a street he was never built to cross.

Rewarded ads now pay out properly on longer ads. New app icon. And from here on the cabinet changes its own star: October's critter is already inside, no update needed.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-16

Stability and polish.
• Sharing your run works more reliably.
• Fixed a rare case where an ad could get stuck on screen with an unresponsive close button — ads now dismiss themselves if that happens.
• Updated the More Games shelf and refreshed under-the-hood libraries.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-07

- Made it easier to discover more great games from Archivium Labs

### 1.0.0 — 2026-08-05

No release notes.
