We use this app at my company to send notifications from Microsoft Dynamics when something important happens. We just got started using it so haven’t maximized the usage yet but we can really see an increase in productivity from getting instant alerts when there is something we need to act on. To start with we have set up alerts for when we receive new leads or cases and also we have just set up an approval flow for when our sales guys are applying for a higher discount. I’m sure we will find more use for this in the future.
