If i could give 0 stars i would ### 2/5 — Underwhelmed *2024-09-11, version 1.32.8* I am constantly having to delete and reinstall the app. I was instructed not to do this, all I should do is log out if I’m having issues. The logging out does absolutely nothing. If I’m writing an email within the app, the font will randomly change itself out of nowhere. So I have to erase the email and start all over again. I am not a fan of Dealer Socket in general, they have so many improvements that could be made and don’t really seem to care about making any of them. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2024-09-01, version 1.32.8* Horrible application if you set it to do to phone the customer it’s makes an appointment for the customer and your customers are angry because they didn’t make this appointment with you sometimes when you take photos and send it through this application, your photos disappear and customer doesn’t receive them if I wasn’t forced to use it from work, I would not have this application on my phone this is 2024 you guys could do better ### 1/5 — Displeased user *2024-08-13, version 1.32.8* I have been with my dealership for 4 years and DealerSocket gets worse with time. The app is not efficient at all. Anyone who has used Dealersocket knows the dumpster fire that it is. Horrible customer support, no improvements to bugs, constant outages, and the list goes on. If you are considering to get Dealersocket, stop immediately and look elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Limited functionality *2026-03-11, version 1.34.3* The app is very quirky with limited features. And it doesn’t sync up well with the cloud, so for example the shortcut tile on your Home Screen will always display “0” as the number of your “sold deals” and “lost deals” regardless of the actual count, there’s no inbox, etc. I like using this even less than the browser-based version — and that was already a pretty low bar. ### 1/5 — Pain! *2025-11-20, version 1.34.1* Nothing but problems. I’ve used every CRM. VIN Solution, DealerCenter, Drive Centric, E-Leads. With that said, I can tell you the best app that allows me to do the things I need to get done in order to sell 20 cars a month. You have access to all your customers info, you can place the call and send the email. Your notes are all saved and every step you just took appears in an easy to read screen and it’s still on the same page as your lead.
