The payment balance history in the system is still inaccurate 2 months after notifying. Maintenance request function only let you report issue but doesnt tell you the outcome whether issue has been resolved, more to only a one way communication. Even when you ask the reception team, they do know about the outcome. They dont follow up.

Gave me an Arrear because I “didn’t pay on time” Tried to pay multiple times this app id slow, unresponsive and awful at taking wire transfers. Avoid.

Just another poorly made student accom app really, never had a day where it work properly! either it wont let you log in, crashes after five minutes or just decides that today isn’t the right day and that you can’t pay anything ever!

There is No maintenance in my accommodation. I logged a maintenance issue asking to change a broken light in my room, but it’s been a month still no fix nor response.

It‘s difficult to use. The manager only account how much you need to pay but it doesn't show how much you still have in your balance, so it’s so hard to check your rent and deposit. I think this app only can help this apartment’s manager to calculate tenant bill so that they can earn more money.
