• 客户：按国家 / 阶段 / 标签快速定位客户档案；进入详情后一键发起商机、邮件或任务。
• 邮件：按文件夹切换收件箱 / 已发送 / 草稿；内置写信、回信与继续草稿，离开页面自动存草稿。
• 任务：从概览或客户详情均可新建任务，支持指定时间、关联客户与商机、补充备注。
